Dutch's Chevy - Ford

I recently 3/19/2021 1pm had an alignment on my 2015 Malibu at Dutch’s. I had an appointment at 1pm . Shortly after dropping the car off I was notified it needed a 4 wheel alignment instead of 2. Which Malibu at Dutch’s. I had an appointment at 1pm . Shortly after dropping the car off I was notified it needed a 4 wheel alignment instead of 2. Which costs more. I picked it up and it still pulls to the right awful. I called back and was told I had a strut that had to be ground on. Then they asked if I had only changed one tire? How can a four wheel alignment be done without noticing all four tires were new and the strut was new? I was then asked if I could bring it back in at a later time and drop it off so they could work me in . A major inconvenience for me . I expect better from a dealership. Note : all persons I spoke with were polite and nice .At the end of the day I am out 90$ and my car still out of alignment. More
