Brian Cosby helped us find our new Rogue making sure that we picked the right one for us with all the features we where looking for along with showing us everything about it to make sure it was the perfect fit for us. The manager Steve Brady greeted us with a smile along with offering us a drink or snack to make sure we where comfortable at his dealership and that all our needs where met. That was exceptional considering most places you never even meet anyone but your salesperson and your just looked at like dollar signs. The negotiation was a breeze they offered us such a great deal and we where very satisfied with our trade in value, it really couldn't have been better. Once we finished all that we met Ransom Griffey to go over our paperwork. He went over everything in detail with us making sure that we understood everything, which he made it very easy to understand. He also offered us a lot of great things that can benefit anyone who is buying a car these days. After we finished up Brian brought us to our new Rogue all shined up perfectly and went over all the features with us to make sure we were good along with even pairing up our phones. All in all this place was amazing from beginning to end, I would highly recommend buying your new Nissan from here because the customer service and great deals doesn't get any better than this period. Purchased Jeep Cherokee I first saw this vehicle on the Kelly Blue Book site but was in the market for a Jeep Liberty and was negotiating on one at another dealer. While nego I first saw this vehicle on the Kelly Blue Book site but was in the market for a Jeep Liberty and was negotiating on one at another dealer. While negotiating at the other dealer, the salesman gave me some inaccurate info and while he was trying to straighten it out I called Bill Gatton Nissan and to inquire about the Jeep Cherokee. Fortunately Doyle took my call and assured me he could get me a straight-up and better deal, which he did. I went there straight from the other dealer, he was waiting and he impressed me with his warm friendliness and firsthand knowledge of Jeeps especially Cherokees. After going for a test drive, which included 4 wheeling, he made me an offer that included double the trade-in of the other dealer. The next morning with Doyle and Nick, I sealed the deal. Both gentlemen were not pretentious with a genuine desire to fulfill my requirements in finding a quality vehicle and not just trying to sell me some vehicle or a more expensive one. This is the best experience I have ever had in trading cars with a dealer thanks to Doyle and Nick. Doyle has already called me to check how it was going with the vehicle and I am well pleased. He is the first to ever do this. Which demonstrates to me customer satisfaction before and after the sale is of prime importance to him both professionally and personally.
