Great customer service experience. Very friendly staff. I was very impressed by the employees of Bill Gatton Nissan. From the moment we pulled onto the lot until leaving. We were greeted by Brian Cosby who I was very impressed by the employees of Bill Gatton Nissan. From the moment we pulled onto the lot until leaving. We were greeted by Brian Cosby who was so genuinely friendly to me, my father and my 5 year old son. It is always a nice feeling to walk into a place of business and be made to feel important instead of like a nuisance. Something I think many people have experienced in many places of business. But at this establishment, every employee was very friendly and greeted you with a smile. I honestly can't say speak highly enough of Ashton Randall who helped me to make the right choice for a good, dependable car for my son and I. The car buying experience can sometimes be a very long, stressful and tiresome experience, but Ashton truly went above and beyond to make it as enjoyable as possible. She really worked hard to get me in the right car. We test drove a few different cars before deciding upon a new 2015 Nissan Versa Note that my son and I both are loving. It really is the upgrade that we really needed coming from a 1994 Ford Probe GT. One of the highlights of my car buying experience was how Ashton even made the experience so much fun for my 5 year old son. You can imagine being in a car dealership for hours can sometimes be tiresome and boring to a 5 year old. She played with him, had him laughing and amazingly my son had a blast yesterday. She was honestly amazing and is an amazing person. She even got some of the other employees involved in playing a nutty game with him to pass the time. It was honestly so fun to watch. My son now adores Ashton and is asking to go visit her. I would, and will, recommend this dealership in the future to anyone looking to buy a car. Very nice establishment with top notch employees. There was also a small play area for children in the waiting area along with snacks and drinks which was nice. Terry Meredith in finance was also extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone at this dealership just seemed so down to earth and really made you feel at home. As long and tiresome the car buying experience can sometimes be, this was a good experience for my family.
