I contacted Durango Motor Company via email with my usual cynical expectations of the tortuous process ahead of me. I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt and courteous responses (not "canned"), no pressure approach and willingness to meet all of my requests and expectations. Chad Kundert, sales, their customer service representative (sorry - I forgot his name) and Mike, finance, were easy-going, knowledgable and quickly sought out additional information as needed. Everything went smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. If their service department is as effective, friendly and efficient as their sales department, as I expect it to be, I will always purchase future vehicles from Durango Motor Company and would advise others to do the same.
