He rates a 5 star and this dealership is very fortunate to have him on board. The Service Department folks were also great to work with. Very polite and friendly. They kept in contact with me and were extremely professional. Although I made a phone call and left a message to the owner of the company, Mike Aus, and was told that he would call me back, he never did. However, Chris was there all along to make sure things were done right. Would I recommend buying a vehicle from Durango Motor Company? Yes. Would I recommend dealing with Chris Nelson to ensure a 100% customer satisfaction experience? YES. More
