He spent most of his day with Mikel Carter, salesman and myself to make my desk happen! Ended up feeling like I was on "Let's Make A Deal" and I won the best prize!!! The philosophy there is to make sure the customer is happy, not just to sell a vehicle! In almost 50 years of buying vehicles, I have never walked away so happy and feeling great about all aspects of my experience. Jonathan, Lu, the finance manager, every person was invested in making sure this was the vehicle for me and the terms were suited for me. Needless to say how great this dealership is....I love my 2015 Ford F-150 eco boost!!! It is a luxury truck with incredible safety features and drives like a dream! They have me for life!!! I was still hazy on the decision, so Mike Juel and John Evers politely sent me on my way with several different vehicle options printed out including for the car I was leaning towards. Receiving a call shortly after leaving letting me know car would be available today for test drive. Sure enough the car won me over. Great gas mileage and beautiful. John Evers got the job done! Had windshield replaced same day as purchasing the car. NO hassle on my end! ALSO, very polite when I had called back day or two later with concerns he was able to patch them up with ease! More

Friendly, helpful dealership I came in with less than average credit in dire need of a car. The salesman had the car I was interested in ready and waiting when I showed up, and h I came in with less than average credit in dire need of a car. The salesman had the car I was interested in ready and waiting when I showed up, and he was pretty low pressure about moving on to the next step. The desk manager and xxI manager both worked hard to get my financed, despite my predicament. This dealership was great as New Country, and they're great under their new banner as well. More

Not a good experience with Durango Ford. Our 2yr old F250 started having issues while we are visiting Ouray Co on vacation. One of the front brake calipers hung up and with Durango Ford. Our 2yr old F250 started having issues while we are visiting Ouray Co on vacation. One of the front brake calipers hung up and ruined the brake rotor. The service rep said its common to see front brakes go out on F250’s with under 50k miles? Really?? I could have understood if I had been abusing the brakes and both sides were shot, but only one side was bad? Drivers side was completely gone and the passenger side still had half the pad. (the service rep swore both side were bad, but it was obvious the front tires were never removed to allow for proper inspection) The truck is still under warrantee but when the tech couldn’t duplicate the other two issue they said it was fine and charged me service time even though they didn’t fix anything. The quote to replace the front brakes and to tell me they couldn’t diagnose the other two problems – both of which started back malfunctioning within 5 miles of leaving the dealership was $780.00. We know dealers are more expensive than independent shops but over 2x the amount? I fixed it myself for $180 but would have been happy to pay $400-450 to not have to mess with it on vacation. Also beware it says on the webpage they are open to 7pm but that is only sales. The service department closes at 6pm. We rode the Silverton train and didn’t get back until 6:15 but the doors were locked by then. By luck one of the salesman was able to find someone in service that was still doing paperwork and he was able to check me out and give me my keys or we would have been stuck paying for a hotel room since our cabin was 2 hrs. away. Luckily the truck made it back home and the local dealership is fixing the issues they couldn’t diagnose under warrantee. I am filing a complaint with Ford on why I was charged service time when they could not duplicate a simple issue on a truck still under warrantee. To sum it up I am not mad they were more expensive than independent shops, but I don’t like to be lied or charged for services not preformed. More
