Went to Durand Ford Toyouta to look at their Tacomas. Ended up looking at a 2008 Toyota Tundra. Liked it but we could not agree on the price and I was actually looking for a Tacoma. I called them a few weeks later on a Saturday morning planning to go to the city to look at Highlanders unless they could come down on the price of the one I was looking at. Amazingly they came down on the price. Rick and I verified the vehicle was the same by the VIN. They faxed the purchase order to my bank with the price we agreed on. Within minutes of signing for the car loan with my bank, the sales manager calls me on my phone and tells me they need to increase the price of this vehicle back to their original asking. Is this even legal! They wouldn't negotiate any further; they offered me 4 oil changes instead. The next week, they ran an ad with free 42" tv for any new or used car purchased from them. More
