Ricky was very personable, didn’t try to “sell” us on anything and even came out in the rain to help us! We kinda knew what we wanted when we got there. Whole experience took less than 2 hours including anything and even came out in the rain to help us! We kinda knew what we wanted when we got there. Whole experience took less than 2 hours including the test drive. Got a decent rate with absolutely no hassle. We WILL be coming to see him again for our next purchase. I have been truck shopping for a couple of weeks now. Went to Massillon to buy one this morning that was supposed to be awesome.
