This is INSANE! !!!! I haven't even had my car (2019 Jeep renegade) for a full year yet and now the throttle control goes out and I get my car to them on 9/23/2022 an !!!! (NOT TILL AT LEAST 10/06/22 AN THE ONLY REASON I KNEW THAT WAS CAUSE I CALLED THEM..... THEY NEVER CALLED AND TOLD ME ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!) and they gave me this huge F150 that is xxxxxxx the life out of me with gas!!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!!!! Why would you use a huge truck as a loaner........ So not only do I have to keep filling this thing up..... I have to pay a crap ton of money to even get my car back (when is finally gets done)....... I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE AT ALL RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF I COULD DO NO STARS I WOULD More
If your service department needs to keep anyones vehicle longer than a day or 2 they need to give the owner a rental car so that they can still go to work especially if they use their vehicle to do their jo longer than a day or 2 they need to give the owner a rental car so that they can still go to work especially if they use their vehicle to do their job and not be stuck at home unable to work because they don’t have a vehicle. And since they know that right now it’s hard to get parts in. More
Took Town & Country to get handle repaired. They ordered new handle and told us to come back on 11/22/2021. After three hours service guy called and told us to see the body shop. We saw thw body shop, he to new handle and told us to come back on 11/22/2021. After three hours service guy called and told us to see the body shop. We saw thw body shop, he told us it will cost over $1,000. The service charged us $187. The new handle was still in the original box never taken out. We lost $187 for nothing. Wanted to see the manager, they took my name and home phone number. He was supposed to call this morning, he never did. Lousy service noone to talk to or complain. More

Fast, Thorough, and Knowledgable! All of the folks I encountered were very polite and efficient. I did feel a bit bad when I over heard whom I assumed was a superior question the worke All of the folks I encountered were very polite and efficient. I did feel a bit bad when I over heard whom I assumed was a superior question the workers why there were two at my vehicle and no one at another that had just pulled in, because it was I that called the second one over to answer a question about all the high mileage I drive and whether that required a better grade of oil. I know that there are rules and expectations of employees, however in the service business, with the old adage, "the customer is always right" I was in this instance wrong. My apologies. More
