My car broke down while driving up Fancy Gap Mountain, coming back from North Brandon Brusseau was my service provider and he was a complete GOD-sent! My car broke down while driving up Fancy Gap Mountain, coming back from North Carolina. After getting my car towed to my apartment and then to Honda on their next available day of service, I found out that my valves were burnt. I have an extended warranty with Easy Care. They were completely useless and did not help at all. It came to our attention that my car had a certified Honda recall on it for oil consumption issues. So, I ended up getting a whole entire new engine for little to no cost to me! It was a big blessing. I really thank Mr. Brandon Brusseau for all of his hard work and keeping in contact with me anytime he got new information. He would always leave me voice-mails with updates because he knew that I was busy with my hectic class schedule. I highly recommend using Brandon as your service provider. He really knows how to take care of his customers! I will definitely get my next car from the Duncan Hokie Honda! More
