In a pinch, Duncan comes through for you. I had just picked my vehicle up from the body shop that took 7 weeks to complete the repair. My vehicle, unfortunately hadn't even had its first oil change before someone almost hit my wife head on, but luckily only destroyed the whole driver side of the vehicle. I hoped to be able to get the oil change done before the vehicle goes back to my wife. I called from Roanoke (I live in bedford) to see if, by chance that I could get the service done on short notice. I was scheduled for the approximate time that it would take to get to christiansburg. Everything went as planned, but better than I had expected for short notice. I have to say, that I wasn't surprised, however, that the process was flawless, because every encounter, from shopping, purchasing, and now, service, has been extraordinary and painless. Duncan does a great job. I have a history in sales myself. I have worked for three dealers and have never seen this type of commitment to the customer experience in my journeys. More

Sold a car with bad tires and breaks and no oil Sold a 2014 Honda Civic in May of 2018. By the end of the first week off the lot, the service light came on because the oil needed to be changed. I know I should have paid attention to the tires but was going thru a bad divorce and was not paying attention. Then within 1 year I return for my inspection and they failed me for brake pads even though they are are not bad or noisy and they are very responsive. They quote me 250 to fix that. I will go elsewhere and never recommend this sham dealer. More

Exceptional Immediate Response to My Problem After a recent oil change, I noticed an oil leak and called Duncan's Hokie Honda. It was a Friday, late in the afternoon. Maggie took my call, I expla After a recent oil change, I noticed an oil leak and called Duncan's Hokie Honda. It was a Friday, late in the afternoon. Maggie took my call, I explained my concern. She said she would consult with the service advisor and service manager and would call me right back. Which she did. She told me they were sending a tow truck to bring my car in so they could diagnose the problem; they didn't want me driving the car with an oil leak. Better safe than sorry. The tow truck showed up within minutes and towed my car away. I figured the car would sit over the weekend until they could deal with it on Monday. Much to my surprise Duncan's called back within an hour to say they'd fixed the problem, had replaced the drain plug with an over-sized drain plug and that I could pick up my car that evening. I picked it up. No charge. Problem solved. Thank you, Duncan's Hokie Honda for your exceptional, immediate response to my problem. More
