I bought a very nice used car here in November 2025, and it was probably the best car on the lot (not a Volkswagen). Though I spent about $50k on this great vehicle, however, the dealer couldn’t get me out of there in a timely way, AND they wouldn’t put any gas in it for me. I left there with barely a quarter tank, and I thought that was pretty cheapsh*t. More
Friendly staff very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I am so happy with my purchase from Dublin VW and will be referring all my friends and family looking for a new or used vehicle. Do not trust this dealership. They are dishonest and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. We purchased a used Audi Q3 after the salesperson, Gabriel, repeatedly assured us it included Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) — a key feature for our decision — only to discover later that it was not actually equipped. He eventually admitted he had simply assumed the feature was there. We received no meaningful compensation, and the sales manager did nothing to resolve the issue. We trusted what we were told multiple times and left feeling deceived, disrespected, and disappointed. Avoid buying from Dublin Volkswagen. More
Worst dealership to work with. Unprofessional sales people and sale managers. They sold me a car that was CPO. 2 days after buying it, I brought it back due to shaky breaks. I had Unprofessional sales people and sale managers. They sold me a car that was CPO. 2 days after buying it, I brought it back due to shaky breaks. I had to take a day off and rent a car so they can inspect. When I got the car back, same issue. I told them the rotors needed to be replaced due to them being warped. I left numerous voicemails for my sales person Gabrial and sales manager Sean, all got ignored. I even took it to another shop to inspect the issue and they validated my concerns. Still no call back or resolution from the dealership. In the process of getting my attorney involved to get this issues resolved. If you are looking for a VW, DO NOT GO HERE. After the sale, you are not respected or cared about. They move on to the sale. More
Take negative reviews as absolute true. I purchased a car from them out of state. It has been a month and I still don't have the title in order to register the car in my state. They refuse I purchased a car from them out of state. It has been a month and I still don't have the title in order to register the car in my state. They refuse to give me a temp tag as well. I have an expensive car sitting in my driveway that I can't drive. I'll be making my 1st payment before I get to drive the car. Reached out to find why it taking so long, and they informed me that they just requested from CA DMV for the title. It's been 4 weeks and their just now requesting the title. They wouldn't explain why they waited so long or offered any apology or solution. Bottom line, once they get their money, then they can careless about anything else. I've bought cars from out of state multiple times and I've never received such poor sales interaction. Even the process to buy was met with horrible communication and lack of follow up. Many of my requests during the sales process was pretty much ignored or giving some excuse as to why they didn't do something. The only reason why I proceeded despite all the red flags, was because they had the use car (Audi S7) I've been trying to find for 9 months. Otherwise, I wouldn't buy a car from them if they were the last car dealership on earth. More
express my concern regarding an issue with the recent purchase of a vehicle from the Dublin VW Dealership. Unfortunately, there were discrepancies in our contract. Despite our explicit instruction to purchase of a vehicle from the Dublin VW Dealership. Unfortunately, there were discrepancies in our contract. Despite our explicit instruction to the Finance Manager, a service was added to our contract without our consent. We were subsequently informed that a refund check would be processed for this oversight. However, to date, we have not received any refund or clarification. I have previously left a message for your GSM and also reached out to Volkswagen for support in addressing this matter. I am eager to have this matter resolved promptly and appreciate your immediate attention to this concern. More
