I was on a trip to San Francisco when my 2009 nissan murano alternator failed. Had the AAA mechanic supposedly fix it but it broke down again an hour after I picked up the car. I towed it to this dealership and Jesse Apostol the service advisor assisted me and I have to say he was absolutely amazing. He was caring, understanding, sympathetic about my situation. My concern was that I had to get my family back home to Los Angeles and the part was going to take a few days to arrive. Jesse immediately got on top of it and was able to figure out overnighting the part and got it fixed for me the next day. He also had the mechanics do an extensive check up on the car to ensure I will have no other problems and found out that there is a part that I would need to replace soon. He knew that I had to get back and had suggested that I take my car into the dealership soon to get this rectified instead of staying another day or two. He assured me that I would not have trouble getting back and even offered to follow up with me in a few days to make sure we were ok. This kind of outstanding customer service exemplifies how everyone should be, the professionalism he exhibited, understanding what I needed to get done and getting me on my way. Everything about my so called vacation was a disaster but at least I was able to leave with assurance and confidence that Jesse had provided. Thank you More

I visited Dublin Nissan only for a oil change and some replacement wipers to be put on my vehicle. It ended up after a pre-check of my car that,it was determened that it needed rear brakes as well as some replacement wipers to be put on my vehicle. It ended up after a pre-check of my car that,it was determened that it needed rear brakes as well as some belts. Jason the Service Tech that helped me was very customer service oriented he spoke well and explained things in detail. I had him go ahead and do the extra work. I spent most of the day in the lounge and Jason was always giving me an update. I also had the Shuttle take me to a clients for a lunch and also had Joe pick me up (Shuttle Driver) also very friendly. When I returned in the late afternoon my vehicle was ready to go. Jason let me know where to pick up paperwork and take care of payment. After he walked me out of the Service Department and told me if I need anythning for my vehicle to give him a call. I let him know I will see him for my 90K service. Overall expierence was Great !! I would reccomend Dublin Nissan to friends and family. Jason did a very impressive job and what a neat guy! From the start of my appointment he made me feel like I'd known him forever. He showed me the bad parts and explained why they failed; all the while very soft spoken but with a big smile and a very personable demeanor. This terrific experience again reaffirms my decision to use Dublin Nissan/Jason Alaura as my dealership/service advisor for my Murano. More

Jesse asked a lot of question about my transmission problem leading me to believe that he cared, even as far as asking if I could set time aside to road test with a technician before setting an appointment so I wouldn't be late for work. I left my car for a week getting daily progress calls when he said he would, they even offered me a Cube to drive while my car was in the shop. When I picked up the car Jesse greeted me, walked me to the cashiers and pulled up my newly repaired car. Also thanks to the detail department for washing and vacuuming my vehicle. I've refer a lot of friends and family to Dublin Nissan. Keep up the great work. More
I dont live in the area but on a trip thru the Bay Area my car broke down. I called Dublin Nissan and spoke to Paul. He said they were busy but to bring in my car and he would look at its as soon as possib my car broke down. I called Dublin Nissan and spoke to Paul. Imagine my suprise when in less than an hour they had looked at my car and diagnosed my problem as a failed alternator. They had the part in stock and I was back on the road in less than 90 minuets and my vacation was saved. More
I brought my five year old car in for it's lastscheduled maintenance, and instead of getting the minimum amount if service, I was given service above and beyond what was expected or due. They could have all maintenance, and instead of getting the minimum amount if service, I was given service above and beyond what was expected or due. They could have allowed needed repairs go undone until the would have cost me far more money, but instead showed themselves to be extremely honest and principled people. I could not recommend them more highly! Great people & great service! More

I bought my car here about 2 years ago... and was very happy with the sales/finance personnel. Then, I kept bringing i9t to be serviced here and I'm so spoiled with their service that I can't imagine goin happy with the sales/finance personnel.
