I purchased a vehicle from the San Leandro Nissan (current owner of Dublin Nissan) in February 2020 I purchased a car and I never received the title! I purchased a vehicle from the San Leandro Nissan (current owner of Dublin Nissan) in February 2020. I paid in full by banker’s check. The San Leandro Nissan dealership was responsible for the car's documents, but it made several mistakes. They forget to inspect the car before selling it and the smog test. I only received the registration card at the end of May and due to an error on Nissan’s part, the car’s title was given to Chase bank and I never received the title from the DMV. For over 16 months now, I have been trying to get the title of the car that I bought. Dublin Nissan has not attempted to fix their serious mistake in good faith. More

Dishonest staff and a waste of our time! After two visits to this dealership we walked away without a car (after traveling over an hour).
