I took my car in for a recall on the computer system on my Nissan Altima 2015. I was experiencing some severe delays in action between when I pushed the pedal and when the car would respond. (Almost got hi my Nissan Altima 2015. I was experiencing some severe delays in action between when I pushed the pedal and when the car would respond. (Almost got hit in the side because of this.) But of course, they couldn't recreate the issue and said that a code would fire if it happens again due to the new computer update. The issue has happened multiple times since then and still no code. The worst part was they found tons of "new issues," including "major oil leak" that would cost $400 in parts and $2600 in labor!! All this in the middle of a pandemic and lack of usual pay! Shocked, I took it to a local mechanic down the street to get it checked out, and they said they couldn't see where the leak was coming from, so they needed to put dye in the engine. (already a huge difference to the dealership apparently knowing exactly where it was coming from...) The local mechanic said it was a tiny leak on the oil pan after bringing it back, and it only needs silicone to fix. They said it was so minor that I should just wait until I needed new oil. SO HAPPY I DIDNT LISTEN TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! NEVER going back, and I am seriously questioning buying a Nissan ever again. More

Oil Change I took my wife's van for an oil change and within less than 30 minutes I was out the door. Well, upon leaving the dealership I noticed that they ONLY did an oil change since they didn't give me any report on what had been done. Again, they could have done all the inspections but since they didn't give me any reports I am ASSUMING it wasn't done. Then, I noticed my tires had no been rotated. I called Nissan Service center and spoke with Stephanie. She told me they have to inspect everything and show proof. When I told her about my issues, she NEVER APOLOGIZED, she quoted me how much tires rotation cost in case I decided to take the vehicle back and hung up. This is very upsetting. I won't ever buy another vehicle there much less return or recommend anyone. Absolutely nothing. More
Rude, Unprofessional Service Manager and Incompetent Service BEWARE: I DON'T RECOMMEND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT DUBLIN NISSAN! I took my 2017 Nissan Maxima in for a RECALL part replacement of the ABS actuator. BEWARE: I DON'T RECOMMEND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT DUBLIN NISSAN! I took my 2017 Nissan Maxima in for a RECALL part replacement of the ABS actuator. Nissan recalled over 200K new model nissans for this part. I took it in and it was the most WORST EXPERIENCE Ive ever had with a car dealership. First, the Service Manager, Scott Lentz's behavior was rude and unprofessional! Not only was I treated badly but they took 10 days to return my car! After two days of driving it, the Brake Lights started to come on while driving the car. I Took it to another dealer because I was concerned this couldn't be good... Found out that DUBLIN NISSAN's , INCOMPETENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT didn't install the new part correctly, Brake fluid was leaking on the new ABS Actuator part, which means It was possible that I could have gotten into an accident due to the part replaced by Dublin Nissan was LEAKING BRAKE FLUID!! I found out by the other dealer that the part was not sealed properly. This was dangerous to have been driving on the road like this. DUBLIN NISSAN RETURNED AN UNSAFE CAR TO ME. They risked my life, by returning a vehicle to a customer that was unsafe to be on the road. Risking my life and the lives of other drivers. On my report (the paperwork that shows the work performed to your car), it shows no safety tests was performed. No road test, NO CHECKING FOR LEAKS! no verification work was preformed correctly and properly. They just returned my car with no care for my safety what so ever! BEWARE IF YOU TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE. YOU ARE TAKING A HUGE RISK! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE. More

Returning from his home to dealership in Dublin @6:20 a.m. my car was involved in a 4 vehicle accident. It was totaled. I was asked to still pay repair bill of 694.94 before dealership would release my car to insurance company of insured that accepted liability for hitting my car, I was in shock as I know they received $1,000 for storage fee for 10 days. Talk about insult next to injury! I would have thought they'd have done everything to make me feel whole again, especially considering circumstaces. I had a six year history with Nissan dealership. Planned on buying another vehicle from them. Not now Not ever.. They have lost a customer for life! Shame on them. I was too nice. They took advantage. More
Extremely disappointed with Service department The service department is very bad and I was extremely disappointed with my recent Service visit for Battery replacement and brake pads and Oil change The service department is very bad and I was extremely disappointed with my recent Service visit for Battery replacement and brake pads and Oil change. They brake one of my breaklight bulb during the service(battery replacement and break pads replacement). After the service, I came home and noticed one of the light stopped working and I reported the issue via email but there was no response. I have contacted online service rep via chat and explained the issue. Next day someone from service department has contacted me to schedule an appointment with Service adviser and promised that the issue will be taken care of since the brake light bulb broken/stopped working after the service visit(It was working fine before the service). I scheduled my appointment and went there but unfortunately the service adviser gave me an estimate quote of $169 for fixing the brake light bulb.I told him that I'm not paying anything since it was working fine before the service. Then the service adviser called the service manager , service manger was also not friendly and he said that the brake light can not be fixed without the charge. When I asked him that you guys break it and fix it then he said the light can brake anytime so it can't be fixed free even though It was very clear that one of the brake light was broken during their service for the battery replacement and break pads replacement. I'm not convinced with their explanation and I was not ready to pay $169 and wait for 4 hours for brake light bulb fix. I left the place and went to near by local mechanic(MIDAS), they fixed the brakelight for $25 within half hour!!! I would NOT recommend any of my friends to this place. More
