I recently had the pleasure of buying a new Cx-5 from Dublin Mazda and the service provided was outstanding. Buying a new car can be a little intimidating but Sam was amazing. He was incredibly friendly, informative and delivered such a good care during our car hunt. I would 100% recommend going to Dublin Mazda and ask for Sam to anyone thinking of buying another car. Thank you for your service More
I shared my budget with Elvis over the phone, which is what I was quoted at another dealership across town. Elvis said he will honor that OTD price so I took time off work and visited him at Dublin Maz what I was quoted at another dealership across town. Elvis said he will honor that OTD price so I took time off work and visited him at Dublin Mazda. I was there for over 2 hours I was bullied and intimidated by Elvis and Keith. They insisted that I needed to pay $3,000 over the agreed upon OTD price saying that it was standard fee that all dealerships charge. I was shocked and felt violated. I was in tears and walked out halfway though signing the papers. Fortunately, because I didn’t not sign all the papers, the sale was not finalized, thank goodness. Several weeks later I ended up making my purchase across town at Tracy Mazda. There was no additional cost on top of the promised OTD price. Tracey is 30 minutes away, but they honored the quote and never once did I fell talked down to or disrespected. More
Had the worst experience here. The general manager and manager were awful. I was told salesmen are down here pointing to ground managers are up here pointing up. Salesman can give The general manager and manager were awful. I was told salesmen are down here pointing to ground managers are up here pointing up. Salesman can give wrong information only the managers know what’s really going on with the cars. That statement didn’t sit right with me and I became upset I was then screamed at by the manager STOP. I was so disgusted after spending so much money being lied to a treated badly is standard here. Straight from the managers mouth. So beware salesmen are allowed to tell you what they want whether true or false. All of this is straight from the angry manager mouth. If you like Mazda go to a different dealership where you can be treated right. More

This is the worst dealership out there in entire bay area for Mazda. In short I wanted to buy a new Mazda and had offers from multiple dealers. Elvis said they can beat and promised me thrice on call. When I for Mazda. In short I wanted to buy a new Mazda and had offers from multiple dealers. Elvis said they can beat and promised me thrice on call. When I went there surprise!!! Not even close. I decide to walk out with my friend as I have better offer from other dealer ( Fremont Mazda ), the sales person ( Ron ) comes back and shows a very good deal. We were happy to proceed and he rushes and gets my credit score run. We step into the finance part and thats were we realize instead of a 60 month he has given us for 63 months. Not only didn't he reduce the cost but working the math we found he is charging us more. Furious we decide to leave as its already 7.15 pm and we wanted a car that day. Store manager comes in talks his usual crap and reduces less than 10 dollars and says thats the best he can do else you can walk out. We were in a very tough situation personally and had to purchase the car. Car is great but this dealership sucksssss. Stay away and don't even enter their lot if you want to buy a car. I repeat beware!!! More
CROOKS, STAY AWAYI had a deal in writing on a mx-5 with CROOKS, STAY AWAY I had a deal in writing on a mx-5 with Elvis and Dan- they were tag teaming. It was a good deal. Elvis calls and says, yeah we're CROOKS, STAY AWAY I had a deal in writing on a mx-5 with Elvis and Dan- they were tag teaming. It was a good deal. Elvis calls and says, yeah we're good to go, come on down and lets do the paperwork. We go down and they start with the financing docs. We fill out the application and it comes back. At this point an hour has passed. Elvis comes out and says that the GM is not happy with the deal and wants $945 more. They would not return the documents that we signed that had our personal financial information. Funny thing is, another dealer was happy with the same deal, they were just 40 minutes away instead of 20. These guys are crooks- STAY AWAY More
Water Pump MIA after major service I took my car for a MAJOR service in mid-Feb and have barely driven it since due to COVID. I wasn't very happy with the dealership---run around on wha I took my car for a MAJOR service in mid-Feb and have barely driven it since due to COVID. I wasn't very happy with the dealership---run around on what seemed like everything. All of a sudden I had problems with my engine cooling system, car was over-heating, the AC wouldn't work, engine light was on. After a trip to the gas station --guess what - The "water pump" was missing. Where is it? Did I lose it on the freeway? What do you think? Cost $300 to fix/replace. More
Ridiculous Pricing Policies My daughter e-mailed them concerning a vehicle that was advertised for $24,500 and asked if they would consider an offer of $22,500. Their response, My daughter e-mailed them concerning a vehicle that was advertised for $24,500 and asked if they would consider an offer of $22,500. Their response, from the sales manager, was "No, our internet prices are non-negotiable." Since they obviously are not reasonable, she went elsewhere. A week later she receives an e-mail "Great news, the price has been reduced to $22,500!" She told them that she had found a more reasonable dealer and to have a nice day! She had been prepared to pay them something between their price and her offer, but their total rebuff cost them a customer. More
