Horrible service from my service advisor I've reported by poor and/ or lack of service. I was lied to, given the run around and paid for a half tank of gasoline at California rates for a tech to drive my veh poor and/ or lack of service. I was lied to, given the run around and paid for a half tank of gasoline at California rates for a tech to drive my vehicle to his home and back. Yet, could not tell me why my gas warning light or gas gauge was not warning me that gas was low. Was told that leader cars were not available, which was a lie. These are just a few of the horrible service I received from my service advisor. More

I have taken my Infiniti G35 for servicing every time since 2009 when I purchased it. Their service department is top notch - they always explain what is needed and what is not, get the work done promptl since 2009 when I purchased it. Got my QX80 back with dried liquid on the wheels and and a big dirty shoe print on the driver’s floor mat. No longer a premium experience.
