I went in to have service done on my 2012 Vera Cruz, and I left driving my new 2016 Elantra GT. In and out within two hours. It doesn’t get any better than that. You’re probably thinking I paid full retail, and is why it took so little time. When in fact, I drove a hard bargain, while they maintained their equanimity throughout. I’ve recommended one friend already, who not only got a fair price on her trade-in, but a good deal on her new vehicle as well. I will continue to recommend this dealership for their adherence to good manners and efficacy in a business where the art of the deal can, more often than not, spiral down into a tortuous process. It is obvious that this type of culture is engendered and enhanced by people at the top of the food chain, and who stay engaged with their employees, inspecting what they expect.
