I went in to have service done on my 2012 Vera Cruz, and I left driving my new 2016 Elantra GT. In and out within two hours. It doesn’t get any better than that. You’re probably thinking I paid full retail, and is why it took so little time. When in fact, I drove a hard bargain, while they maintained their equanimity throughout. I’ve recommended one friend already, who not only got a fair price on her trade-in, but a good deal on her new vehicle as well. I will continue to recommend this dealership for their adherence to good manners and efficacy in a business where the art of the deal can, more often than not, spiral down into a tortuous process.
