THE VEHICLE I WANTED WAS NOT ON SITE BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO PRODUCE IT WITHIN 24 HOURS. I REALLY ENJOYED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE FACT THAT THEY DID NOT TRY TO OVER SELL ME IN ANY ASPECT OF MY PURCHASE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. More

Horrible Humans! The WORST humans in the world work here. I was lied to as though I don't have ears or a memory or a brain. We both knew the terms of our negotiation. The sleazy car salesman tried to trick me AFTER I signed the contract by not honoring the terms of the deal, which was to include our new car in the certified pre-owned program at an agreed upon additional cost. Instead, they handed me a clip art styled after-market warrantee as the VERY last piece of paper to sign. This was the central component of our negotiation! It's part of this dealership's strategy to lie and trick people and it's absolutely horrible. Bait and switch is illegal! Do not give this dealership your business! It's just not right to treat people this way. Thank god I was able to walk away and buy my used Hyundai someplace else. More

OVERVIEW: Ever had the key element of a deal, which every single person you'd spoken with agreed to (greeter, 3 sales reps, 1 manager), totally reneg OVERVIEW: Ever had the key element of a deal, which every single person you'd spoken with agreed to (greeter, 3 sales reps, 1 manager), totally renegotiated with the last piece of paper put in front of you to sign? Me neither, until I visited this hovel housing some of the Bay Areas most dishonest and cynical sales people. We negotiated. We agreed. It was super clear. Then they took me into the financing room and disrespected the meaning of honesty and treated me with absolutely no dignity. CONCLUSION: If for some reason you must step foot in this place, trust no one and nothing you do not have in writing (and then triple check). Do not touch a piece of paper (let alone sign one) until you have seen every single element spelled out with multiple witnesses present. It is not a good feeling to have a gaggle of untrustworthy charlatans in possession of your SS#. DETAILS: I noticed a used car I liked. It had a decent asking price. When I arrived I said I was only interested in the car if it was included in the Certified Pre-Owned program. It was literally the only element of the deal I brought up. After some hemming and hawing, the sales person spoke to the manager and they all agreed that they could do it for a price. After a little back and forth we agreed that the asking price would be increased to accommodate my request, it would be Certified, and I could take it home soon. After countless hours in their dimly lit, uncomfortable, and cold waiting room which looked more like a prison cafeteria than a place one might buy a $70K Genesis I was invited into the back room. The fast talking "family man" who was charged with squeezing a few more dollars out of us through financing started putting form after form on the table. I noticed one or two fees that were out of place and he did well to keep his cool and remove them (already a bad sign, but par for the course). After signing a dozen or so official forms we were on to the last piece of paper and Tommy put a poor photo copy of something with a clip art styled logo in front of me and said it was a warranty. I said that "American Pacific Warranty Company" (or whatever generic fly by night outfit he was offering) was not what we agreed to, and that I wanted the Hyundai Certified Pre-Owned program as we'd discussed (repeatedly). He suddenly turned into a good soldier with the "I just do the deals they tell me" routine. Calls were made. I was offered a take it or leave it ultimatum. Fake apologies were offered. I was screwed out of hours of my time and any shred of belief that Hyundai's dealers were capable of selling anything other than crappy experiences to customers who are trying to warm to a rapidly improving product. If you can't sell a car at a price with agreed upon specifications say so. I honestly would have paid more to get what I want. Better to just be honest and save everyone a lot of wasted energy. With that energy I could be driving around in a new-to-me car and Dublin Hyundai could get to work repairing the burnt out light bulb which is supposed to illuminate their dealership marquee over the front entrance. Or they could leave it as is: a dim embodiment of the overall shadiness which seems to be at the heart of your organizations culture. More

While the dealership was busy, we were able to get all the paperwork completed and found just the right car with all the features we wanted. Thanks to the staff for setting up all the features and explaining the array of options to us. We were able to find just the vehicle we wanted and were extremely happy with the excellent and professional service provided. We would happily recommend the dealership. More

Dani was very efficient with all of the financing paperwork, explained things I was not familiar with), car was cleaned up very nicely, it did take a little while for the car to be detailed but the staff did an excellent job and Luis came to check on us a few times.
