Sold me a Lyriq on line and scheduled a at home appointment. They no showed for the appointment. I called and they said someone on the lot sold the car and made no attempt to make things right. More

Hi Moe, thank you for the response. On March 4th I was on your website and decided to purchase a Lyriq you listed for sale (stock #65971). I completed the online request to purchase and selected the next available appointment (March 6th/4:00 pm) for the dealership to deliver the Lyriq to me. In turn, i needed a valid license, insurance and $69,739.69. On March 6th I called the number provided twice to ask if a personal check. I left two messages but never received a reply. So, I went to the bank and purchased a cashier's check for the full amount. At about 4:30 on the 6th i called the dealership to ask if my vehicle was coming. I spoke with Babak (?) Who, after some time, told me the Lyriq was sold to someone else and the person I left my messages with was a Chevrolet person. Babak also informed me the appointments on the website are managed by GM who failed to advise your dealership of the online transaction. I forwarded screen shots of the online transaction, appointment, instruction, vehicle details, etc. Babak apologized for the mixup and told me to call GM. Really, call GM? I'm very disappointed with my online purchase experience and the complete absence of taking responsibility for not completing the online sale as detailed. Also, no effort to make things right was addressed.
