I didn't have to sit there for 8 hours while someone tried to figure out how to pressure me into paying too much for the wrong car. Eric found the car that we were looking for and worked hard to get us a great deal. When we left that day, I didn't have any regret or remorse. The car is excellent. Not only did they earn my business now but they also earned my future business. You won't get a better deal anywhere else. More

I purchased a used vehicle from Duteau Chevrolet over the internet. In over 30 years of purchasing vehicles, this transaction was by far the best customer experience I have ever had. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was better than I imagined it to be. The entire transaction was truly a remarkable experience. The salesman, Robert Morgan, was professional, did everything he said, when he said it would be done, and they don't charge any extra fees, none!!! The price you agree upon is the price you pay, and it was a very reasonable price. No doc fees, no prep fees, no hype, just great customer service. I flew from Spokane, WA to buy this vehicle from them, and I'll do it again in the future-they are now my dealer of choice. More

I have had a few service experiences with Duteau. They twice performed warranty service work on my 2000 Silverado that I couldn't get the dealer I bought the pickup from (Husker Auto on the other side of twice performed warranty service work on my 2000 Silverado that I couldn't get the dealer I bought the pickup from (Husker Auto on the other side of town) to do. Not only that, but I was driving a new Cadillac Escalade to and from a function when one of our helpers locked the keys in the vehicle. Since the vehicle was new, the OnStar hadn't been activated yet. I contacted the Cadiallac dealer (Husker) to see if they could make a key. They flat out refused to help since it wasn't their vehicle. We tried Duteau, even though they aren't a Cadillac dealer. They promptly made a key for me in the amount of time it took for me to drive across town to get there, and didn't even want to charge me for the key. They truly went above and beyond what I expected anyone to do. More
