I took my jeep wrangler unlimited in for an oil change and it was the fastest with the best quality of care that I have ever received on my jeep. The oil change only took 20 minutes tops! Needless to say the people in here are nice from the minute you walk until the minute you walk out no matter if it is a receptionist, a sales person or the technicians. From now on this is the only place I am taking my jeep! Thanks Again!!!! More

Best experiences ever at a car dealership! I have had my car in a few times since I bought it and have had nothing but a great experience every single time. A couple issues after I hit my 36,00 I have had my car in a few times since I bought it and have had nothing but a great experience every single time. A couple issues after I hit my 36,000 miles and they still accommodated me and covered my issue. No hassle, no questions, just honest service. No dealer has ever come close to this level of service. I will buy my next Jeep from them if they continue this amazing customer service! More
Lied too! had recall for airbags....specificatly asked if parts were in stock with parts manager. I had been getting recall notices for the front end every year since I bought truck in 2006 but they never had parts or a fix! To add insult to injury they call me 2 months later and tell me they have the parts for the airbags. After they lied and said it was taken care of! Don't trust these guys! There is a reason they have moved 3 times in past 5 years! On thier website they don't list the service or parts managers. (Should tell you something) More

I would give this place a negative rating if I could i was in Chicago to drop my daughter off at the airport when my Town and Country started to make a grinding noise. I was 4 hours away from home. They came out telling me that both wheel bearings were blown and the brake pads and rotors were dangerously bad and it would cost me $2000+ to fix it. I was in tears. They then tried to get me to trade it in. It was a 2012 and I had it for 5 months. I had a bad feeling so I started reading review on yelp and was appalled. They told me they wouldn't release it to me because it was unsafe to drive. I had to threaten to call the police to get them to give it back to me. He wouldn't stop. Tried to tell me the wheel was about to fall off and even tried to show me that it was loose. Haha it didn't even move. I drove it 3 miles down the road to Nefty's and it was just one wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. He just shook his head when I told him what was said. $360 and an hour later I was on my way home. All these people wanted to do was take advantage of a women who was stranded in an unfamiliar place. They should be ashamed of theirselves. More

It has a new owner since I bought my Jeep GC last June. MY GC is a diesel and it appears the dealer does not have a qualified technician on staff. 2 days for an oil change and a check engine light is a long time to hold the vehicle and supposedly I will get it tomorrow. I did schedule in advance. My issue is that I feel I am being deceived. A software update, or series of updates, does not take two days. All I get is word that they are still troubleshooting the car. If there is a plus, they gave me a free loaner....almost in anticipation that the service event would be a problem. More to come.... By the way, I moved from being a long term Honda/Acura owner to Jeep and Jeep can learn a lot from their Japanese competition on how to operate a service department. It is night and day. More
