BEWARE! Unfortunately the least choice here is 1 star but my true feelings is NEGATIVE STAR! I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change in Septemb Unfortunately the least choice here is 1 star but my true feelings is NEGATIVE STAR! I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change in September 2017 and ended up waiting almost 2 hours. Although I said I would never come here again I wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves, especially since the service is close to my home. I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for its regular oil change at the beginning of December 2017. I arrived at the dealership at 6:45am being the first customer. Right off the bat, Brian the service advisor tried to sell me everything under the sun saying its a "30k Jeep maintenance service that should be done". I made it clear I was only interested in the oil change. After an hour and a half of waiting, Brian came to the waiting room and stated that the technician Joe said that I had no power steering fluid and it was detrimental that I have that flushed. I argued that this shouldn't be happening on a new Jeep and wanted to know if there was a leak. After waiting another 45 minutes I went into the service dept to see if he spoke with the technician and what the delay was. He rudely told me he was with a customer and will let me know. (am I not a customer too that has been waiting 2 hours 15 min at this point?) I went to sit back down in the waiting room and after another 15 min received an email that my bill was over 900.00!!!!! I immediately went to Brian's station and demanded an answer. He was defensive and said that those charges are what was first discussed that is "suggested" at 30k miles. I told him this is absurd between that invoice, the lack of communication, the time waiting AND the taking advantage of a woman in the situation. I told him I want my car now and he went into the garage to talk with someone. He came back and stated my car was just going thru the wash. My bill was $205.85 for what was supposed to be an oil change! I told him I was disputing and wanted the heck out of there! No sorry, no "let me get a manager", no nothing! Later that afternoon, when driving home from work my oil light comes on saying WARNING NEED OIL CHANGE. The incompetent people never reset it! When I went back to the dealership they were rude once again! I got a call from Sandy on 12/22 asking how my service experience was and gave her an ear full. She asked me to hold off on the bad review until her manager called me back to rectify. Did I get a call.....NO! However, I did get a call from Sandy again on 12/28 leaving a message asking how my service experience was. Did she forget the conversation we had on 12/22 and that a manager was to call me back? Obviously the whole dealership has a bunch of incompetent employees that don't care about their customers. NEVER again will I EVER second guess and give the benefit of the doubt again! What a HUGE disappointment Jeep! More

I think DuPage Dodge does a very good job with their customer service approach. More
Extemly Dissapointed with service experience I brought my vehicle here thinking that a dodge dealer would know how to repair a dodge vehicle. After numerous return trips and 5 tows at my expense, I brought my vehicle here thinking that a dodge dealer would know how to repair a dodge vehicle. After numerous return trips and 5 tows at my expense, the service department not only gave me the run around, and asking to speak with the service manager several times. I was told on 3 different times the service manager was too busy to speak with me. I was told numerous times that I would be charged for a diagnosis for each visit, even after they couldn't repair the vehicle, for the same issue each time. Each visit I was told none of the items were related, so they had to repair something different each time at my expense as well.It apperaed each time they were guessing at what might be wrong, if they coulndt find it it was just as good as guessing at what to replace or do. Not to mention days without calling me to get an update, and on the last visit they informed me they don't even have the right tool for the repair. Each visit became, hey here's what else we can fix, along with not working on the issue at hand, trying to hike up the cost. long story, short 5 tows, differnt repair each time, no one taking accountabilty or even trying to correct it and no supprt from managment relates to none fo my vehicles EVER going back to this dealer. My opinion, worst service department, follow up, management, experinece i have ever had with a dealership. More

This can be best observed by just watching the drivers making u-turns on North Ave. And how they will cut off other drivers making right turns. When confronted these people will turn to mockery and insults rather than try to even listen to complaints. This has nothing to do with buying a car but a business who has moved into the community should at least have the decency to respect the people in that community. Please choose a better option to buy your Jeep. Thank you More

Better service this time. I bought my Wrangler here and although the first experience was not the best working with Joe was much better. After a few mishaps Joe went over and a I bought my Wrangler here and although the first experience was not the best working with Joe was much better. After a few mishaps Joe went over and above to help us get things fixed. Sam our sales rep this time was much better and explained everything in detail. I would recommend Sam to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Because of Joe and Sam I'm giving this an excellent rating. More
Service Department a Bunch of Crooks I brought my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country in for oil change, tire rotation and to top off the AC refrigerant. I scheduled the appointment 4 weeks p I brought my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country in for oil change, tire rotation and to top off the AC refrigerant. I scheduled the appointment 4 weeks prior with a request for a rent-a-car, which was not there... had to take the shuttle and be late for work. Then they call and say there is a "major leak" with the AC rear evaporator/coil which would cost minimum $1400 and possibly over $2000 if they break the hoses. I had told them to not do the service and have a car pick me up from work... which was 45 minutes late. Then I get there and the van is still on the rack. Bob, at the service counter, couldn't get his story straight about what was actually done to the AC. I decided to take it for another opinion. When bringing it to another mechanic, he stated that there is NO way that they tested for an AC leak as there was NO UV dye present. He also stated that I should get my money back. When speaking with Aaron the service manager, he refused my request and said that I could bring in my van for them to disassemble the area in question to show me... but I would not be allowed in the area for the disassembly. I think I'll pass. They will NEVER touch my vehicle ever again and I do not recommend this place because they charge for services NOT rendered. More

I got into this car two days ago and there is rain water leaking from the console lights in the headliner. The headliner is also soaked. Obviously the sunroof is leaking. No biggie I'll just take it in to the dealership. They proceed to tell me they can't figure it out and want to bring in an outside service to look at it. Also they state that they talked to sales and they would not be covering the bill on this and I was to pay. I bought this $28,000 jeep 2 months ago. I call my sales person who sold me the car and he tells me absolutely nothing but the fact that it's not his fault and is rude on the phone. I pick up my car and it's raining today and it's leaking again as I have to drive it to work. Headliner is soaked and now I have to take it to a place and have the thing fixed out of my pocket. Not to mention the $150 in Uber rides back and forth to work because they didn't have any loaners available. Nor did they offer a rental car service. Highly disappointed customer and will definitely not be returning. More
