It’s been frustrating since I purchased my jeep grand Cherokee as after less then one day, there was a computer error causing the emergency collision brakes to disengage. I brought the vehicle back and w Cherokee as after less then one day, there was a computer error causing the emergency collision brakes to disengage. I brought the vehicle back and was told a simple computer update would fix the issue by a manager. After a week of no contact, I went in and the service representative told me that the issue had to be escalated to star case but my vehicle couldn’t be returned in the meantime due to it being a “safety issue”. A few days after no contact, I informed the sales representative who has tried to be helpful that I would be coming to get my vehicle without it being fixed as a new wiring harness/connector had to be ordered now. I understand the CDK issue that happened and that issues can happen but the lack of communication and transparency has been frustrating as I will have to bring the vehicle back for the repair at a later date. More

Oh my gosh, Donnie is amazing. I had two issues with my Jeep Wrangler. First, cracked windshield (AGAIN) and second I had zero paperwork from my purchase at the dealership (zip d I had two issues with my Jeep Wrangler. Donnie was kind enough to pull all my paperwork, walk me through everything, had the patience to make sure I understood everything, and even point out a few options that I had purchased and not activated. SUCH an amazing service consultant! He made everything right with the time and attention he placed into my issues. He even gave my son some Jeep merch for his patience while we had detailed discussions. Thank you Donnie. You're doing a great job and you have made me a happy customer once again!! More
Last week, I had the need to have a tire replaced under my tire and wheel warranty through DuPage Chrysler Jeep after the tire picked up some type of object that essentially flattened the tire. I was able my tire and wheel warranty through DuPage Chrysler Jeep after the tire picked up some type of object that essentially flattened the tire. I was able to make a same day service appointment through Julie in the Service Department after she confirmed my warranty coverage, and upon arrival, Jennifer facilitated the tire replacement. I want to commend the dealership and Julie and Jennifer for their collective friendly, responsive, and professional customer service. The tire was replaced with the same model, and I was on my way with no problematic issues. Thank you to Julie, Jennifer, amd the dealership for your valuable assistance! More

I am a long time customer of both purchasing and well as servicing by vehicles until recently. Because of the way I was treated by the service manager, I will never set foot in this dealership ever again a servicing by vehicles until recently. Looks like this service dept is really going downhill lately. Terrible communication and shoddy work. Go back to fix what had been “repaired” and get it back worse than before. Currently stranded outside this Chrysler service dealership with no solutions to fixing our Jeep Wrangler after 2 weeks of service with the issue we originally came for not being fixed, $4300.00 lat dealership with no solutions to fixing our Jeep Wrangler after 2 weeks of service with the issue we originally came for not being fixed, $4300.00 later! We were told by Mike to come on Monday, they will give us a rental car and fix the problem they originally did not fix. Tech now agrees that he missed checking for tire rub (they said with “150% certainty” concluded before the knocking was definitely due to ball joints). The tech doesn’t even recommend adding wheel spacers. We were just told by Marco that they will only cover one day of the rental car and we have to pay the rest of the days while they order and charge us for more parts. We originally came in for a knocking sound while making a hard right turn and wheel alignment. After installing new ball joints, u joints, and sway bar that was supposed to fix the issue. Get to the dealership to find the Jeep battery dead outside, we get home, make a hard right turn...the knocking is still very present. $4300.00 and the problem still exists. This company is nothing more that parts dealers! This is not the first time we have run into incompetence with this dealership! 2 years ago we came for a air conditioning inspection and repair. 2 years later, the air conditioner is not working again. To find there never was an inspection in the first place, just a belt replacement. If you choose to work with this company, beware of the miscommunication from the middle people/parts dealers and try to talk directly to the mechanic. Their warranty is 2 years bc that’s their work only last that long. Careful when they say to come back in and they will fix it, there is no fixing, you will be stuck out with no solution, just pushing parts and their incompetence is something you will have to pay for. The wheel alignment still pulls to the right after repair. Beware! More
