I could not stand to see him mistreated, so I went on to post on these social mediums. My father purchased a brand new vehicle from DuPage Dodge approximately one month ago. From the outset, they were told that we cannot put any money down, and we were offered financing on that basis. We closed the transaction, and drove off with our vehicle. One week later, the salesman contacted us and informed us that they inadvertently put a $1,000 deposit in their paperwork, and that we will need to bring the $1,000 immediately. After a bit of a struggle, I loaned my father the money, and we paid it a few days later, on the understanding that mistakes happen, and they informed us that it was inadvertent. Fast forward one more week, we get another call from the dealership, explaining that we need to bring in another $600 because they inadvertently understated the payoff on our trade-in. Mind you, these are "professionals" who deal with these types of transactions day in and day out. Moreover, we had with us the most recent billing statement for the trade-in which explicitly stated the account balance. My father was upset because he was already $1,000 out on what was supposed to be "$0 down!," and now we had to bring in another $600. We tried to negotiate with the dealership to see if we can, at least perhaps, split the difference - considering that this was their SECOND mistake on our sale papers. The sales manager, Jerry, went as far as to insult my father both to him directly and later again to me. Moreover, when told that we were literally unable to bring the $600, they started threatening us with collections, negative information on credit report, etc. I am an understanding person, and I realize that people are prone to make mistakes. However, people have to own their mistakes. At DuPage Dodge, their number one priority is to close your deal and get you out the door. It appears that there is no review of the transaction for accuracy, no real loyalty towards the customer, and it's their way or the highway. We've purchased other cars in the past and recently, and never have I felt this abused by a dealership. My suggestion is SEEK HELP ELSEWHERE, unless, of course, you're into being called names by people you conduct business with. More

Most people are skeptical walking into a dealership with the thought that most salesman are just there for the commission. This dealership does not give off that vibe at all. The staff is super easy going and relate-able which makes you feel comfortable instead of skeptical. I went in with a credit score that wasn't the best yet they were able to get me the lowest rate anyone had previously offered. My mom and kids came with me and although it was a long process, as expected when making the second largest purchase in your lifetime, my kids were able to keep entertained in the child room with toys and a white board to draw on. They were super patient with me since this was my first purchase of a vehicle on my own, they were extremely understanding when I had to step away for my kids. My salesman even got along with my oldest, which is unheard of for her to relate or communicate with strangers. I can honestly say that I will not be purchasing another vehicle from another dealership or salesman in my lifetime. Zach Segreti worked super hard to get me the best price out there and the best interest rate possible for me. But it didn't stop there. Even after I purchased the car, going in for service was a breeze.A few reviews online stated that service was a bit slow and that it took months to get issues resolved. Wrong! Ursula handled all of my issues promptly and was willing to work with my schedule whenever I needed it. Every question I had was answered and even suggestions given on where to take my Wrangler off roading! They either had a courtesy car for me or called an enterprise rental for me if my Jeep needed to spend the night. The maximum amount of time I waited for parts in repair was 4 days only because it fell on a weekend. After shopping for over four months, I will say that it was worth the wait and hassle jumping from dealership to dealership to find the right one for me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone you know and will be a customer for life, guaranteed. Just the simple fact that they are honest and willing to help in every way, even when not needed to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase speaks volumes. So does the fact that my mom went back to purchase her Jeep there too! I honestly thought that a staff which genuinely cares about their customers was impossible to find but I was utterly mistaken when I found Dupage Dodge. I can promise that this is a dealership above all others and if they continue to function this way, they will be around forever. More

She even provided us something to drink and a snack for my girl while waiting for approval for financing. The deal we worked out for transporting vehicle to my home was a huge plus. The only thing that I felt uneasy about was the agreed price, but I did not have to put any money down and added a lifetime power train warranty. The interest rate I thought was kinda high for my credit rating. Not sure if it was because I selected 84 mo. I am confident that I can refinance later through my bank though. Overall it was a good car buying experience. More

Both Sam and Jerry helped me make a decision that worked best for me. I would definitely recommend Dupage Dodge Chrysler & Jeep to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
