Frauds & liars Selected this dealer because of inventory & ADVERTISED price. Visited dealer (+), verified car was still available (yes), confirmed advertised price w Selected this dealer because of inventory & ADVERTISED price. Visited dealer (+), verified car was still available (yes), confirmed advertised price was accurate (yes), test drove (+), discussed trade value ($3k off). Could not come to an agreement, so we left. This happens all the time, no big deal...regroup & keep looking. Dealership called us 2 days later to follow up, but the numbers remained unchanged and repectfully declined. This is where it went to fraudulent behavior, lying & flat out weird. Another 2 days past & then 2 different people from the Dealership invited us back to get the deal done at the advertised price & the agreed trade value. They explained that it was the end of the month and they need to move inventory & hit numbers. We gathered the title, $ and arrived at the dealership 3 hours later. We thought: sign papers, exchange $ & keys...in & out 30 minutes. NOPE. Salesman was with a client (understandable), so we test drove the car again instead of waiting. Got back 10 minutes later & everyone is ready to go. Then...apparently everyone got amnesia & the negotiating started all over again. Salesman busted out his magic marker & white paper to sketch out new numbers and what discounts applied, then the trade value went back down to the initial offer. Then the sales manager came out to explain the numbers. We laughed & responded "YOU CALLED US"! We had a good impression with our 1st visit and left respectfully. But, WHY would the Dealership agree to our terms & invite you back just to renege. Never cared about not getting the car, I cared about wasting my time. Dishonest, disrespectful & disgusting. The only positive coming from this is to inform the public & hopefully avoid our experience. Good luck More

Ram 1500 Mu husband and I went to DuPage Dodge last night to look at RaM 1500's. The salesman who helped us was Norvell Ward - we couldn't have asked for a better person to help us. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. Norvell came from another dealership where he worked for 18 years and he knows the vehicles so that made our "looking" at vehicles to purchasing one. Donnie in the finance department is also great to work with. He explained the paperwork and also other extended coverages we could purchase. The floor manager Tony was pleasant and he should be proud of both Norvell and Donnie for going the extra mile to assist us. More
false advertising and they could care less about customers called dealer about ad in auto trader. i talked to salesman brian (did not give last name i now know why) checked on availability and price on thurs. called dealer about ad in auto trader. i talked to salesman brian (did not give last name i now know why) checked on availability and price on thurs. called back on friday to check to see if jeep was still available and asked about price again and i specifically asked brian about any extra fees or suprises about the price that may come up. he said no just pay for tax, title and doc fee and should be fine, a questioned him a second time are you sure. he said same as before. i then asked about holding the vehicle becouse i am 2.5 hours away. he said let me check. i then talked to a greg he said he was brians boss (greg did not give last name either i see why) i asked greg about holding vehicle he said not a problem. greg also said to ask for him when we got there. i also asked greg about the price and about fees he said the same thing brian said, i even repeated myself to him just to make sure. i drove 2.5hours to look at the jeep on the way there i got a call from mr youngblood telling me to ask for him when we got to the dealership. after test drive with youngblood we sat down to go over price and paperwork. he brought out paperwork and asked several questions pertaining to rebates and incentives, he then came back with a higher price than in the ad on autotrader's site. we told him we had already talked to two people about the price and that we where only going to pay the price listed on autotrader and showed him the ad. he then left and a guy named tony (again no last name) came over and pretty much told me that we didnt qualify for that price and rudely asked if i could read. tony stated the dealer website states in fine print about the rebates and incentives. i repeatedly told him we got the price off of autotrader and had already talked to two other people about the price. he really couldnt care less and got very rude and repeatedly asked if i could read. i have never been so disgusted about trying to buy a new vehicle in all my life. i am not the only one that this has happened to. i wish i would have checked their facebook page customer reviews. allowing a dealer to do this repeatedly is wrong. They Lie - Terrible unexpected fees I had a terrible experience at this dealership. Well they didn't acknowledge it because they knew I just drove 2.5 hrs to see the car. They told me they could get me my asking price for my trade in but they only offered half after I actually showed up! I didn't sell them my used car. My salesperson Danny was great but the manager was pathetic..just a stereotypical greasy car salesman. I actually agreed to buy the car for asking price but then they acted like they wouldn't even honor that......I proceeded to get angry and for wasting my time so they finally agreed. I pitied my salesman Danny... When I went to purchase it, they told me I needed to buy a $400 theft insurance policy....that the dealership needed for themselves! It was absurd and I'm currently trying to get a refund. They told me my insurance policy is required by law to lower my rate...but none of them know what this is. I got hosed and I feel stupid. Their document and title transfer fees are outrageous compared to other dealerships. More

Came home after five hours at a dealership with a brand new vehicle and outlook on working with a dealer. Greg was extremes professional, helpful and supportive. I did not once feel pressured into a purchase nor decision. Greg and the team at dupage dodge made car buying a positive experience - in all honesty - probably for the first time! I will happily return he and work with Greg on future automobile needs and have already passed his information onto colleagues looking for new vehicles. Thank you for a pleasurable car buying experience.. And for showing my 11 year old that car buying can be that way! More

This is a great dealership with a lot of different options to choose from. I found my dream vehicle for an affordable price. Unlikely any other dealership, Dupage Jeep has a bell which they have every buyer ring. This lets everyone in the room know that a vehicle has been sold. During the time that I was there, the bell must have been rung at least 7 times. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
They lie to get you in the dealership. I had recently started looking for Jeep Wranglers and I heard that this dealership had a very large inventory so I drove 45 minutes from my home to ge I had recently started looking for Jeep Wranglers and I heard that this dealership had a very large inventory so I drove 45 minutes from my home to get there. Long story short, the salesperson and I could not agree on a price so I left. Later that day I got emailed an advertisement for the same Jeep that I was looking to buy, at a cheap price. I called the number provided and they redirected to me a representative in this dealership. The person told me that if I went in I could get the car for the price advertised so for the second time that day, I drove to the dealership. Once I got there, I got redirected to a salesperson, and they told me that the advertisement was a mistake and they could not sell me the Jeep for the price advertised, even though I was promised over the phone that dealership could sell it to me for that price. I did not buy it and I left. Two days later, I get a call from the dealership and I spoke to a guy named Christian. He invited me back and after spending 3 minutes on hold, he said he had spoken to a manager and guaranteed that I could get the Jeep for the price I wanted. So for the third time that weekend, I drove a long way to the dealership. After I got there, they redirected me to a salesperson and once again, told me that they could not sell me the Jeep for the price that I wanted. Keep in mind that they called me and gave me a guarantee that they could. I don't have a problem with the fact that I couldn't get the car for the price I wanted, I have a problem with the fact that this dealership lied to me, and told me that they would sell me a car for a certain price but went back on their word once I went into the dealership.
