Great day from one who hates going to dealerships Worked with Greg Harshbarger recently on the purchase of a 2016 jeep cherokee. Came home after five hours at a dealership with a brand new vehicle and outlook on working with a dealer. Greg was extremes professional, helpful and supportive. I did not once feel pressured into a purchase nor decision. Greg and the team at dupage dodge made car buying a positive experience - in all honesty - probably for the first time! I will happily return he and work with Greg on future automobile needs and have already passed his information onto colleagues looking for new vehicles. Thank you for a pleasurable car buying experience.. And for showing my 11 year old that car buying can be that way! More

This is a great dealership with a lot of different options to choose from. I found my dream vehicle for an affordable price. Unlikely any other dealership, Dupage Jeep has a bell which they have every buyer ring. This lets everyone in the room know that a vehicle has been sold. During the time that I was there, the bell must have been rung at least 7 times. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
They lie to get you in the dealership. Long story short, the salesperson and I could not agree on a price so I left. Later that day I got emailed an advertisement for the same Jeep that I was looking to buy, at a cheap price. I called the number provided and they redirected to me a representative in this dealership. The person told me that if I went in I could get the car for the price advertised so for the second time that day, I drove to the dealership. Once I got there, I got redirected to a salesperson, and they told me that the advertisement was a mistake and they could not sell me the Jeep for the price advertised, even though I was promised over the phone that dealership could sell it to me for that price. I did not buy it and I left. Two days later, I get a call from the dealership and I spoke to a guy named Christian. He invited me back and after spending 3 minutes on hold, he said he had spoken to a manager and guaranteed that I could get the Jeep for the price I wanted. So for the third time that weekend, I drove a long way to the dealership. After I got there, they redirected me to a salesperson and once again, told me that they could not sell me the Jeep for the price that I wanted. Keep in mind that they called me and gave me a guarantee that they could. I don't have a problem with the fact that I couldn't get the car for the price I wanted, I have a problem with the fact that this dealership lied to me, and told me that they would sell me a car for a certain price but went back on their word once I went into the dealership. Now...let me get to the details! 1st...I inquired about the vehicle dozen times before I subsequently purchased it. I guess no one was serious because I never got a callback. 2nd...the guys stand outside like hawks awaiting prey, and trust me, if you're not savvy, you WILL be their prey! One salesman saw me parking, waited by my car & proceeded to follow me around the whole lot. I had to tell him to stop following me! His response was that his mgr would be mad, my response was..."tell your manager I'm going to be mad if you continue to follow me like a toddlers first steps!" So I finally come in for a test drive. Don't expect the kind of hospitality you might be accustomed to at other fine dealerships. They can care less about offering you a bottle of water or cup of coffee...this is NOT Dupage Diner! From then on, I went into negotiation-mode via text, phone calls & emails. Remember, you get no REAL attention, unless they feel you're ready to be reeled in. I had great financing already & they ran my credit (w/o my knowledge or permission) thru every bank in town, trying to get a lower rate! THE ONLY THING THAT GOT LOWER WAS MY CREDIT SCORE!!! I held them to the negotiated price for the car, the trade-in offer & the repairs request...a 2nd set of keys & a reconditioning/detail of my vehicle. I swear, you would have thought I asked for everyone's 1st born!!! Thank God for the texts I was able to show, to prove their acceptance of my offer. By this point, I started to believe what I heard about this dealership... The finance mgr was not the nicest...especially when I didn't accept the gap insurance & extended warranty. She really got her panties in a bunch when we had to go back & forth with my deal! I guess she figured...I'm going to get something out of this woman...so she hit me w/the $200 "required" VinEtch. And a lie about it providing an insurance discount, per my insurance company. Getting to the finishing point, because I can go on & on about the epitome of a sheisty dealership... My car was supposed to be detailed, I couldn't tell if someone even spit on it! Bird dropping on my windshield, evidence of a spill in my backseat, paint markings on my glass & lights (scratches on my windows from them using a razor to get it off!), previous wax remains, a NEW DENT on my bumper, and they took off my temp tag & didn't return it...unfortunately, I only noticed after constantly being stopped by police & receiving a ticket! The Service Dept is the worst! Not the most friendly or attentive bunch of folk...I stood like a statue, waiting to be noticed each time I visited. In conclusion, although this dealership sells a ton of cars, I can't imagine the buyer experience? Wait...no need to imagine, read the reviews! As for me, a person who trades a car in every 2 years & has purchased approximately 10 vehicles...I WILL NOT give this dealership one cent of my hard earned money again! As a matter of fact...I want a refund for my detail and this "so called, required $200 fee for VinEtch" wouldn't this already be included in the price of the vehicle??? Ugh...the lies!!! More

Via the internet sales we spoke to Bryan and he answered all of our questions promptly. When we arrived to test drive the Renegade we met Zach and he took great care of us while we had many questions. Test drive was very nice and the great part of it was that there was no haggling while we test drove the vehicle, which was nice since we could just sit back and enjoy the ride and feel of the Renegade. We appreciated that. When it came to negotiating a good price on the trade in and the Renegade, it was no messing around, Dupage Jeep is prepared to be honest and upfront on the prices and I found it very easy to navigate through the process with Zach. I feel this is the most stressful time while buying a car and thanks to Dupage Jeep we were very satisfied with the process. Once we got into the finance department, it literally took 15 minutes to sign everything and we were out the door. If you get an opportunity to purchase a Jeep from Dupage Jeep, don't forget to ring their bell. Every time they close a deal they have the customer ring a bell and all the employees in the dealership clap and cheer. Pretty awesome! The bell must of wrong atleast 10 times while we were there. Thanks Dupage Jeep and Zach for making this a great experience. We are going to recommend our friends visit you soon, they are looking for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Cheers! More
Big disappointment I was very happy when we were buying new car for my husband. The first dealer we went to was DuPage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located in Glendale Heigh I was very happy when we were buying new car for my husband. The first dealer we went to was DuPage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located in Glendale Heights. We saw one car, which we both like it. The salesman took us to Sales Manager Jerry Skiba. He told us that he would get us $5,000.00 discount for any car we will get from them plus money for the car we trade in. I should take this offer in writing from him. We were planning to go to different dealers to see more different cars, but after he told us about this offer we decided to get the car from this place. We decided to pay for this car cash. I contact my bank to get this money; they told me that I need 10 days to get this money. I called Jerry Skiba and ask him to save this car for us, he told me then that is not need for me to wait, that I can get the car now and get loan from Chrysler and pay the full amount within a month with out paying any interest. I received they payment bill 2 weeks later. I paid the whole amount of the car, but they send me another bill to pay more money. I called them and they told me that I have to pay interest. I called Jerry Skiba asking him why he told me that I will not have to pay the interest but now I have to pay more. I didn’t have to get the car right away; I could wait the 10 days and get it later. He starts yelling on me as a street vendor at the fair, he told me that he give the BEST deal to us, and more money for our old car than it was worth it. We check how much we can take for the old car and he did not give us more. Finally we get $4,000.00 including our old card. I must to pay extra money for interest, which I was told that I would not pay. Besides Jerry Skiba violated the corporate agreement of buying cars. I am UPS employee and retiree from United Airlines and I have the right to get discount on cars. Below is the deal from UPS site: “Get behind the wheel with a great deal.?UPS employees, retirees and their spouses can take advantage of the Chrysler Group Affiliate Rewards Program and drive away with the Preferred Price* (1% below factory invoice) on the purchase or lease of most new Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT vehicles. You’ll find that the Preferred Price — combined with current incentives† — can be up to thousands of dollars off the MSRP.**” The dealer should show me “copy of the vehicle invoice where the Preferred Price (PP) is clearly listed”. No one showed me copy of the invoice. Don’t go to this dealer, if you do, take offer in writing before you will buy anything. Jerry did everything to make us get car from this place, but nothing to keep his promises. Instead he was talking very unprofessional to me when I told him that he told us completely different thinks and end up with something else. He treated us like idiots who don’t know anything. He give me lesson not to trust sales people and take every word in writing. More

Daniel was my salesman and he did everything right regarding the sale. The dealership gave me top dollar for my trade and gave me a competitive price on the Jeep. NO HAGGLE.. I was so impressed that I referred someone and they worked with him so hard that he also purchased a Jeep Wrangler the following week. They also have a on site Wrangler lover like us (Donnie) . What a great bunch of guys to work with. More
I would give this place a negative rating if I could i was in Chicago to drop my daughter off at the airport when my Town and Country started to make a grinding noise. I was 4 hours away from home. I too i was in Chicago to drop my daughter off at the airport when my Town and Country started to make a grinding noise. I was 4 hours away from home. I took it to Dupage to have them look at it. They came out telling me that both wheel bearings were blown and the brake pads and rotors were dangerously bad and it would cost me $2000+ to fix it. I was in tears. They then tried to get me to trade it in. It was a 2012 and I had it for 5 months. I had a bad feeling so I started reading review on yelp and was appalled. They told me they wouldn't release it to me because it was unsafe to drive. I had to threaten to call the police to get them to give it back to me. He wouldn't stop. Tried to tell me the wheel was about to fall off and even tried to show me that it was loose. Haha it didn't even move. I drove it 3 miles down the road to Nefty's and it was just one wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. He just shook his head when I told him what was said. $360 and an hour later I was on my way home. All these people wanted to do was take advantage of a women who was stranded in an unfamiliar place. They should be ashamed of theirselves. More
