Lied too! had recall for airbags....specificatly asked if parts were in stock with parts manager. He asurred me they were in stock.Took off work to bring truck. had recall for airbags....specificatly asked if parts were in stock with parts manager. He asurred me they were in stock.Took off work to bring truck...they said everything was done. However I needed $4000 worth of front end work. I had been getting recall notices for the front end every year since I bought truck in 2006 but they never had parts or a fix! To add insult to injury they call me 2 months later and tell me they have the parts for the airbags. After they lied and said it was taken care of! Don't trust these guys! There is a reason they have moved 3 times in past 5 years! On thier website they don't list the service or parts managers. (Should tell you something) More
Excellent Dealership...Highly Recommend From the moment I walked in, to the time of my purchase, to my interactions with the employees Rose Fritsch sales person and her managers Tom Conway a From the moment I walked in, to the time of my purchase, to my interactions with the employees Rose Fritsch sales person and her managers Tom Conway and Joe Segretti to my dealings with Finance and Julie Stracke, to my need for service and being helped by Ursula Sedivy. Everyone was more than professional, attentive and seemed to really care about my needs and what I was looking for. The purchase of my 2015 Jeep Patriot was probably the easiest purchase I have ever made. I never felt pressured and I always felt as though they had my best interest at heart. I received a great value for the price I paid. Rose, Joe and Tom made the buying process very low pressure and easy. The finance depertment was prompt and courteous they explained and the process went very smoothly and I did not have to spend my whole day there. When I brought my Jeep in for service Ursula arranged a loaner vehicle for me so that I was not inconvenienced. The service department has addressed all my needs in a timely manner. I highly recommend DuPage Dodge Chrysler Jeep and have referred several people that have purchased vehicles there. More
COMPLETE LIARS DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! EVER! Please trust the reviews from Yelp because the reviews don't lie. Hundreds of people have the same DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! EVER! Please trust the reviews from Yelp because the reviews don't lie. Hundreds of people have the same or similar negative story about this dealership. If I could rate a 0 I would. They're rated extremely low for a reason. I only wish I saw the reviews before I came in. These guys are the most sleaziest liars I've ever encountered. They quoted me a price knowing they had no intention on honoring their own quote, just to get me to come in. Several times I confirmed the price over the phone with Kevin to ensure that I wouldn't be wasting my time, making the long drive in a snow storm from the south side of Chicago to their dealership, with my wife and 14month son. When I arrive a shady sales person (Daniel T)immediately tries to take advantage of me and devalue my trade-in, offering me 12k on a car valued at 16k by KBB and Edmonds (use Edmonds because it allows you put in the actual features you paid for, that KBB may not have in their list of options). I had to show them the market value on the car and they still didn't want to give me full value. Kevin said something stupid like "kbb and Edmonds aren't cutting checks. They don't know what it's really worth." What an idiot because they're names have been built on being the most accurate on valuing cars, and cutting checks has nothing to do with what the value of my car actually is. I digress... Daniel brings me back an out the door price $6k more than the price I was just promised over the phone an hour previous. A price that's 4k more than the truecar price (which they use). Completely wasting my time. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they all lied and said Joe (general manager) was "upstairs, he's outside, he's not here." No one wanted to take responsibility for the out right misrepresentations/ LIES they use to get you through the door. Tony (sales manager) told me I should be ashamed cause I was raising my voice after being completely lied to. Again I drove my family out there in a snow storm trusting they would honor their own word. He's lucky raising my voice was the only action I took. These people have sold their souls to make barley any money at all selling cars. Don't know how they sleep at night knowing they're jobs/career choice is complete xx, based on deceiving anyone they can with no remorse. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND HASSLE. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. (I wouldn't even use the vending machines). More

I worked with Mr. Mike, who was able to match me with the perfect Jeep for my needs. The manager Jerry Skiba was able to get me a great price for the Jeep that beat out all the other dealerships in which I was considering a purchase. The finance guy Donnie Kostecki was clearly very knowledgeable and had a ton of experience – he was able to get me the lowest possible rate for my monthly payments with the bank. Overall, the staff at the dealership was FANTASTIC. They were all very knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and never pushy. This was my best car-buying experience to date. More
Bait and Switch Internet Pricing, and False Representations After visiting the dealership and finding a car we wanted, we called back a few days later and reached a price agreement over the phone with a salesm After visiting the dealership and finding a car we wanted, we called back a few days later and reached a price agreement over the phone with a salesman who reportedly received approval of the deal from his manager. I went to the dealer later that day only to find that we had no deal whatsoever. The manager expected to start over with negotiations. I was told that to receive the advertised $4,000 discount over the MSRP (the price quoted on their web page one needed to be a realtor, Miliitary, recent grad, etc. The manager questioned with I would believe that the cars were being sold at $4,000 less than MSRP since "most customers are savvy enough to read the fine print". There is no "fine print" that lets you know in advance what constitutes a qualified buyer. This is an unethical dealer. Read Yelp reviews and you will see dozens of similar stories. More
lies and more lies I went today to purchase a Cherokee Trailhawk. Before going in I went on their website looking for cars. There was the one I wanted. I took a picture I went today to purchase a Cherokee Trailhawk. Before going in I went on their website looking for cars. There was the one I wanted. I took a picture of the stock number to be sure I had the right one. They advertised it to be 6000.00 lower. I got there my salesman keyed in the number and took me to the car I wanted. So I thought. I told him the one I wanted was black on black this was a blue one. He said no it was the way the picture looked on the computer that this was the car. He wanted me to test drive it. He let my family and I take the car. The car was on E.. Yep empty... He saw the fuel light was on and when I asked if I would run out of gas he said no... I didn't go far was to scared it kept dinging. Then when it came time to purchase it all of a sudden you didn't qualify for all the deductions to save the 6000.00 needless to say I left without a car. I did call back to find out from another salesman they had the black on black car as well as the blue one. This dealership is SAD cars are all muddy and dirty. Salesmen up the well you know doing nothing. Maybe to make it look like they are busy. Don't know how they stay in business. More

He emailed and called me after 8:00, talked to me about the vehicle, and said to make sure to make an appointment to get $250 off internet price. Called Chad back at 1:50 and asked if Hemi was still available, he said it was, so i made an apppointment for 3:00 to test drive the vehicle. After I made the appointment, I again asked Chad if it was available since i had an hour drive to get there. After hanging up, i received a confirmation email verifying the appointment. Upon our arrival at 3:15, we were met by Danny, who went to get Chad for us. 10 minutes later Danny and Chad reappeared, and Chad informed us that the Hemi had been sold. When i questioned when, they said within the past hour. They said they had a similar vehicle to show us, which took 25 minutes to retrieve. The vehicle had not been cleaned, and Danny said they had just taken it in on trade an hour before. We said we wanted to test drive it, and after another 15 minutes, we finally got a plate so we could test drive it. I asked Danny for the Carfax on it, and he said he would have it when we got back. We returned from the test drive and asked for the Carfax, and if they had any other 8 cylinders. Danny said he would get the Carfax and check for any other 8 cylinder Cherokees. Twenty minutes later, we saw Danny exit the dealership, and shortly thereafter Chad reappeared with another salesman, Ben, and explained that Danny went home sick. They said they had another Cherokee for us to look at, and i asked for the Carfax on the vehicle we had just test driven. I also expressed concerns about the sunroof possibly having a leak in it and asked if we could run water over it to check for leaks. When we went to look at the 2nd Cherokee, it was disgusting dirty and had a bad lifter, and we told Ben we weren't interested. We then went back inside the showroom and asked about the Carfax for the first vehicle. Ben couldn't locate the vehicle, and after 30 minutes he finally provided the Carfax to us, but was still unable to locate the Jeep. After another 20 minutes, he returned and said he couldn't locate the vehicle and they must've sold it! So I made an appointment to look at a vehicle, drove an hour to test drive a car they didn't have, then test drove another vehicle that they sold within an hour without offering it to me first. I had a title and money in my pocket, but they apparently didn't want to sell me a Cherokee. One of the most ridiculious things i have ever seen in my life! More

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Bought my car from the show room. The salesman wouldn't let me test drive the actual car. He stated its a brand new car and didn't want to pull it out Bought my car from the show room. The salesman wouldn't let me test drive the actual car. He stated its a brand new car and didn't want to pull it out of the showroom unless I bought it. He let me test drive another vehicle just like the one I wanted to buy. Anyway, I bought the car and a month later my tire pressure light came on! Took it in and they said it's because it's cold. Brought it in the second time and they said it was a bad sensor and gave me a rental untill they fix it. Few days later they call and told me they popped the tire while trying to put the sensor in. Waited few more days till they got a new tire. I came to pick up my car after it was done and drove it for a week and the tire pressure light was on again. Took it in again and they stated it was a bad sensor and they would replace it. Few months later, the car starts jerking through every gear and wouldn't even slow down and the motor was making noise. I bring in the dealership and they kept it for a few days and didn't even look at anything. Not even a mile went up. I asked them what was wrong they said nothing. I drove it for a bit longer and brought it in again for a recall and the jerking. They held it for a few days and didn't put in the recall part or check the jerking. i called to make a appointment to make sure they look at it, and asked for their names. And I came in the next day for them to look at it again and asked for the recall part, they told me the recall part is coming in. I told them I've been waiting for two months. It's Chrysler parts coming from America not China. It doesn't take two months. I asked for a paper when they ordered it and where it's coming from and they stated it was waiting for customer approval to be ordered!!!! I told them who the guys were that I spoke to and they stated they don't have anyone by those names that work here! The general manager took me into a office that wasn't even his and told me "IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE SERVICE WE DO HERE GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP" I told him that's great customer service and from now on I will be standing by the tech and making sure he checks everything I want to be checked. The GEneral manager came up to me and said "you can come with me and I can sell you another Chrysler just like yours but with better rims! I told him he's a idiot if he thinks I will ever buy a car from this dealer again! Especially that he just told me to go to another dealership, when it's their issue that they aren't fixing my car! I asked the general manager why he took me into a room and why is he talkig to me if he has nothing to do with service, he stated he doesn't know why he's talking to me! But everytime I came in for a oil change they were so nice and quick for changing your oil, why? Because you pay out of your pocket for it. I took my car back their again and they finally put in the recall after 3 months and they car was still jerking and still making noise from the motor, they stated Chrysler came out and said my car was okay, but Chrysler didn't sign off on it. Half of the time they didn't want have any rentals and can't reserve them. But URSRLA apparently can reserve any for her customers! PLEASE BE AWARE THESE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE THINK WE DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DO! STAY AWAY!!!! More
