Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Words cannot express how well we were treated at this dealership. We (my 19 year old daughter, her father and I) purchased of a 2016 Jeep Patriot Lati Words cannot express how well we were treated at this dealership. We (my 19 year old daughter, her father and I) purchased of a 2016 Jeep Patriot Latitude. Jeff Kosek took the time to ask her what she was looking for and he gave her a number of cars to choose from. He understood what options we required and those we could do without, and he was able to find the perfect Patriot for her and her budget. She loves the fact that she was able to get a step up in the options package but you kept the payments low and affordable. We felt Jeff went the extra mile and there were no signs of pressure sales at any point. Thank you, Jeff Kosek! P.S: Jim Spellman, if there is an employee of the month award, Jeff deserves it! You run a fine operation there. Thank you to Jorge and Octavio too for their assistance with our purchase. More
Poster child for DISHONEST car dealerships!!! We went to this dealership because they had a used Charger we liked and they are a certified TrueCar dealership. I had talked with the internet salesm We went to this dealership because they had a used Charger we liked and they are a certified TrueCar dealership. I had talked with the internet salesman a few times about this car, he seemed very eager to get us in to the dealership. After we had looked at several other cars at different dealerships we made an appointment to go down and look at the car. We were told Alan Taper would be our salesman and he contacted me through text messages a few times before we got there. I had already worked out with the internet manager that there was to be a backup camera installed as part as the agreed upon TrueCar price. I informed Alan of this several times, and he said "yeah no problem" I already had financing approved before I got there through my bank so it should of been a quick visit. Of course they wanted to see what "their" financing could offer me even though I didn't need or want it. When the Used Car Manager Alex Sandoval came over to show me the offers all he had was the monthly payment, term, and supposed interest rate written with marker on a piece of paper. There was no detail on how he came up with these numbers. As I had already had all this taken care of with my bank I questioned him on how he came up with these payments because they weren't the same as I had with my bank. *RED FLAG #1* So after 3.5 hours we finally are to the point of signing all the paperwork and I look over the detailed sales receipt and see that there are $1500 extra of dealer charges on there (RED FLAGS #2-#4). I immediately questioned this and was told they were charging $99 for nitrogen in the tires (don't ever pay for this!!!) $399 for VIN etching in windows and $1000 for the back up camera. I told them I didn't ask for any of that and the camera was part of the sales price not extra. I was told that I had no choice about the VIN etching they add that to all the cars. They waved the nitrogen fee and came back with $700 for back up camera. I said what don't you understand about I am not paying extra for that! The finance guy said come on that's our cost we can't take a loss. Which I knew to be a lie because I had done my own research and over the counter cost of the back up camera in case I had to do it myself ($240) So after reprinting the paperwork 3 times They waved the backup camera cost but I was still shafted with the VIN etching I didn't want. The finance guy said they didn't want to loose the sale and they would just make up any cost on the next guy. So a few days later Ursula calls me up and wants to schedule the camera install, I was told it can be easily done in a day and I would get a loaner while the work was being done. I dropped off my car on a Monday about 5:30pm and expected to come back the next day after work and get my car. Ursula said she would call me when its done. The next day came around and I hadn't heard anything but drove down after work because for something that should of taken 2 hours at most to do there was no reason to think it wouldn't be done. After all they went to all the trouble to schedule the work in. When I went inside and said I was there for my car Ursula said with immediate attitude " I didn't call you, why are you here" Needless to say I am not happy and after a pointless argument with that very rude Ursula. I said I was not leaving with out my car, so I went to the waiting room. I decided I wanted to talk with the General Manager and voice my dissatisfaction with how the less then honest sales team and Used Car Manager, then to have to be treated the way I was by Ursula. So I went to the front desk and asked to speak to the General Manager. Alex Sandoval said he would get him just wait one moment. Alex brought me into his office and asked how he could help, I said I asked for the General Manager and Alex said he wasn't available. I told him I would wait and Alex said the GM wasn't there. So I asked why did you just tell me a min ago you would go get him then? So I discussed everything with Alex even though he was one of the people that tried the shady dishonest tactics. So after all that I was sitting in the waiting area and looked up online who the General Manager was so I knew who to ask for later and there was his picture, Joe Segreti. I looked up and what do you know he was standing across the room talking to 2 employees. I walked over and asked if he was Joe the GM , he said yes. I laughed and said funny I was just told you weren't here. We went into his office and went over the hole story and I also mentioned that the TrueCar Cert listed the car $300 less then what the final selling price was. He asked for me to send him a copy of that and that he would make sure I get that cash back. I am waiting to see if that actually happens......... More

Best experiences ever at a car dealership! I have had my car in a few times since I bought it and have had nothing but a great experience every single time. A couple issues after I hit my 36,00 I have had my car in a few times since I bought it and have had nothing but a great experience every single time. A couple issues after I hit my 36,000 miles and they still accommodated me and covered my issue. No hassle, no questions, just honest service. No dealer has ever come close to this level of service. I will buy my next Jeep from them if they continue this amazing customer service! More
Excellent Dealership...Highly Recommend From the moment I walked in, to the time of my purchase, to my interactions with the employees Rose Fritsch sales person and her managers Tom Conway a From the moment I walked in, to the time of my purchase, to my interactions with the employees Rose Fritsch sales person and her managers Tom Conway and Joe Segretti to my dealings with Finance and Julie Stracke, to my need for service and being helped by Ursula Sedivy. Everyone was more than professional, attentive and seemed to really care about my needs and what I was looking for. The purchase of my 2015 Jeep Patriot was probably the easiest purchase I have ever made. I never felt pressured and I always felt as though they had my best interest at heart. I received a great value for the price I paid. Rose, Joe and Tom made the buying process very low pressure and easy. The finance depertment was prompt and courteous they explained and the process went very smoothly and I did not have to spend my whole day there. When I brought my Jeep in for service Ursula arranged a loaner vehicle for me so that I was not inconvenienced. The service department has addressed all my needs in a timely manner. I highly recommend DuPage Dodge Chrysler Jeep and have referred several people that have purchased vehicles there. More
Lied too! had recall for airbags....specificatly asked if parts were in stock with parts manager. He asurred me they were in stock.Took off work to bring truck. had recall for airbags....specificatly asked if parts were in stock with parts manager. He asurred me they were in stock.Took off work to bring truck...they said everything was done. However I needed $4000 worth of front end work. I had been getting recall notices for the front end every year since I bought truck in 2006 but they never had parts or a fix! To add insult to injury they call me 2 months later and tell me they have the parts for the airbags. After they lied and said it was taken care of! Don't trust these guys! There is a reason they have moved 3 times in past 5 years! On thier website they don't list the service or parts managers. (Should tell you something) More
COMPLETE LIARS DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! EVER! Please trust the reviews from Yelp because the reviews don't lie. Hundreds of people have the same DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! EVER! Please trust the reviews from Yelp because the reviews don't lie. Hundreds of people have the same or similar negative story about this dealership. If I could rate a 0 I would. They're rated extremely low for a reason. I only wish I saw the reviews before I came in. These guys are the most sleaziest liars I've ever encountered. They quoted me a price knowing they had no intention on honoring their own quote, just to get me to come in. Several times I confirmed the price over the phone with Kevin to ensure that I wouldn't be wasting my time, making the long drive in a snow storm from the south side of Chicago to their dealership, with my wife and 14month son. When I arrive a shady sales person (Daniel T)immediately tries to take advantage of me and devalue my trade-in, offering me 12k on a car valued at 16k by KBB and Edmonds (use Edmonds because it allows you put in the actual features you paid for, that KBB may not have in their list of options). I had to show them the market value on the car and they still didn't want to give me full value. Kevin said something stupid like "kbb and Edmonds aren't cutting checks. They don't know what it's really worth." What an idiot because they're names have been built on being the most accurate on valuing cars, and cutting checks has nothing to do with what the value of my car actually is. I digress... Daniel brings me back an out the door price $6k more than the price I was just promised over the phone an hour previous. A price that's 4k more than the truecar price (which they use). Completely wasting my time. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they all lied and said Joe (general manager) was "upstairs, he's outside, he's not here." No one wanted to take responsibility for the out right misrepresentations/ LIES they use to get you through the door. Tony (sales manager) told me I should be ashamed cause I was raising my voice after being completely lied to. Again I drove my family out there in a snow storm trusting they would honor their own word. He's lucky raising my voice was the only action I took. These people have sold their souls to make barley any money at all selling cars. Don't know how they sleep at night knowing they're jobs/career choice is complete xx, based on deceiving anyone they can with no remorse. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND HASSLE. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. (I wouldn't even use the vending machines). More

I worked with Mr. Mike, who was able to match me with the perfect Jeep for my needs. The manager Jerry Skiba was able to get me a great price for the Jeep that beat out all the other dealerships in which I was considering a purchase. The finance guy Donnie Kostecki was clearly very knowledgeable and had a ton of experience – he was able to get me the lowest possible rate for my monthly payments with the bank. Overall, the staff at the dealership was FANTASTIC. They were all very knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and never pushy. This was my best car-buying experience to date. More
