Misrepresented Internet Pricing; Didn't Honor Deal Agreed To I wish I had read the reviews before I dealt with this unethical dealership. Like so many others, I experienced a "bait and switch." After negotiating a price over the phone for a Jeep that I had looked at several weeks before, I drove in from the city through heavy traffic to sign the paperwork -- only to learn that the paperwork was not prepared, and the salesman wanted to renegotiate the deal. Salesman did not honor agreed price and was disrespectful of my time. Entire process took nearly two and a half excruciating hours. I would not recommend this dealership under any circumstances. More

Beware Dishonest Bait and Switch Tactics Dishonest dealership with bait and switch tactics. We had a horrible experience. We went there fully prepared to purchase. We confirmed pricing with Dishonest dealership with bait and switch tactics. We had a horrible experience. We went there fully prepared to purchase. We confirmed pricing with salesperson over the phone asking if there were any gimmicks or special terms any qualification that one would need to meet for the discount and if the pricing online were correct, and they confirmed it was. That the discount was given to everyone with on qualification needed. After driving over and hour and a half to make our purchase, we asked again about the pricing during while there, any gimmicks and they said none - pricing is correct as featured online. We learned after giving all our information for financing, that the pricing was only if one qualified for certain rebates. None of which was disclosed during the confirmation call with the dealership over the phone and in person. Their bait and switch tactics to lure one in the facility then turn around and bring them to the closest possible denominator, only to let one know that the pricing was only with certain rebates is sickening. An honest company would have detailed and advertised that if one is (in example) in the military, they may qualify for additional rebates. The whole experience was crafted to deceive and engage those looking to buy. Those gaslighting tactics are the ones that ensure potential customers don't return and are then fully inspired to give negative feedback. Their tactics are the reason people no longer like to shop for cars and the reason people like us who are honest hard working people with money to put down and a trade in do not buy. And as a final note I got a message from one of the managers Angel confirming the pricing drove back out to the dealer a second time (second chance to make things right) and the experience was even worst. My only issue is when we purchased the vehicle it was late a night and my sales person stayed there until we finished the paper work but when we went outside and inspected the vehicle and our sales person was showing us the inside we realized it came with tv's for the back seats we asked him about the remote control and he told us he would look for them or try to find us some. We went back and the only thing he said was he didn't find them and to buy them from eBay! Something I am not going to do since the vehicle should of came with the remote control. I called the Nissan dealer and they can get the control but it's going to cost us $300!! I went in to get a oil change and was told I would get it for a year and when I go in and they finish the oil change the lady ask me how i was going to pay?? I told her I was told it was for free, of course they went ahead and did it this time but was told I would have to pay for the next ones! Or go online and do a review!! I am so mad about the service I got after purchasing the vehicle! And I know this is not a Nissan dealer and that's probably the service you get when you purchase a vehicle not from the original dealer... And now I regret it not getting the vehicle from a Nissan dealer! More

New Chrysler Town and Country mini-van We had Mike Cavanagh as our sales rep. He could not have been nicer and so patient with us. He took us for a couple of test drives before we decided on the van we wanted and of course bought. Easy to relate to about what we wanted. He got the paperwork going and it was ready for us to sign the final paperwork, took us for a tour and introduced us to everyone who we would be in contact with after our purchase. Robert Caputo and Jeff in finance were very nice and had us out of there nice and quick. When the signing was done Mike took us out to our new van and showed us how things worked inside. Our trade in was a town and country "2006" so everything was much more up to date, we love it. Oh can't forget Ursula who helped set up an appt. for the following week so we could get the outside and inside done with the protector. She also met us when we brought it back for the protector. I highly recommend buying from Dupage cdjr and see Mike Cavanagh for a great buying experience. More
