Internet fraud After a number of emails I was told that they would be able to match and even beat another deal I had with another dealer by as much as $1000 So I dec After a number of emails I was told that they would be able to match and even beat another deal I had with another dealer by as much as $1000 So I decided to go in and try to make a deal on a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.Daniel my salesman showed me the car and asked us if this was the car we were interested in .We told him it was and explained to him that Matt F their internet person promised us a great deal on a new Wrangler .After appraising my car and talking to his manager he came back with a OTD price $4500 over what was discussed online. They all apologized for Matt's promises and told us that his job is to get people in the door not to negotiate price..Wow, I can't believe they admitted to their own dishonest way of doing business. I have never written any review in my life good or bad ,but this needed to be told. More
Typical Car Salesman I contacted Bryan Giannoni to ask about prices I saw on the internet for a Jeep Patriot. I asked Bryan if I could get those prices or did I have to qualify for every rebate available. In an email and on the phone, Bryan assured me those were my prices. After driving 45 minutes to the dealership, I found out Bryan had lied to me and I did have to qualify for every rebate. To make matters worse, Bryan did not have the courage to talk to me. He was "busy" with another customer. Big Tony came over and tried to get me to pay $1,000 more than the advertised price and assured me he was losing $1,000 in the deal. Like so many others, I experienced a "bait and switch." I should've known when the rep wouldn't confirm any numbers via email or over the phone for a chrysler that I had shopped for weeks before. I drove in from the south suburbs only to learn that the paperwork was not prepared, and the salesman wanted to renegotiate the internet price deal. Salesman did not honor agreed price and was disrespectful of my time, despite telling me it would be a quick process. Entire process took nearly two hours for them to settle on a price that was $100 more per month than I had calculated. The price was $6000 more than advertised. I would not recommend this dealership under any circumstances. More

After negotiating a price over the phone for a Jeep that I had looked at several weeks before, I drove in from the city through heavy traffic to sign the paperwork -- only to learn that the paperwork was not prepared, and the salesman wanted to renegotiate the deal. Salesman did not honor agreed price and was disrespectful of my time. Entire process took nearly two and a half excruciating hours. I would not recommend this dealership under any circumstances. More
