dishonest tactics I purchased a Buick Enclave from this dealership in late July, 2016. I thought that I had negotiated a fair deal involving this car and a trade in. I purchased a Buick Enclave from this dealership in late July, 2016. I thought that I had negotiated a fair deal involving this car and a trade in. When I went to talk to the business manager at the end of the deal two significant hidden costs emerged at the last minute. I was charged for Vinetch which was $395 and I was charged $100 for having nitrogen filled tires. Neither of these charges was listed anywhere on the car. I later tried to contact the dealer about this but I was never contacted back after a conversation online with someone who worked for them. I consider this a very shady business practice and a dishonest way for them to "get their money". At least they could have contacted me after I initially expressed my concern. The original salesman was pleasant as was the business manager but I would not buy from the again unless they rectified the situation. More
