Suck the Fun Out of Buying a New Car I give this the Dupage Dodge Jeep Dealer 1 star because my son did get the Jeep he wanted. But overall the Sales person Greg Harshbarger was dishonest I give this the Dupage Dodge Jeep Dealer 1 star because my son did get the Jeep he wanted. But overall the Sales person Greg Harshbarger was dishonest when it came to the price of the vehicle. He quoted us $1,800 below the sticker price; however, the financing documents were filled out with additional $3,000 for an extended warranty we did not want along with an additional $750 for maintenance agreement. The paper work did not reflect the $1,800 under list that he offered either. My husband and son stopped in and spoke to him and they did take the $3,000 off and were going to check on the original priced agreed upon, but the finance office was closed at the time. It is now going on 3 weeks and my husband has left several messages for Greg and the GM and none one has called us back. In short my son who just got his first job teaching was super excited to buy a new car for $34,000 , but Dupage Chrysler up-charged him t0 $44,000. All I can say is very dishonest and poor customer service. More

Excellent! Everyone at this dealership was super friendly and helpful. I had a particularly exceptional experience with my sales person, Alan Tapper. My husband and I went in with a clear idea of not only the exact vehicle we wanted, but also trim options and, most importantly, price. My husband is a tough cookie so I knew it would be difficult to get us to the point where he felt like he was getting a great deal. This is where Alan most shined. He was patient with him, explaining all the options we had and providing us with the best deal we could've gotten out of all of the dealerships we visited. Within an hour we were driving away in our brand new Jeep Wrangler. Alan gave us the 5 star treatment the entire time while being fair and reasonable. I would recommend Alan to any friend or family without hesitation. Overall I would summarize my experience at this dealership as stellar. They were honest, friendly, and efficient. Best car buying experience I've had to date! More
