I took my jeep wrangler unlimited in for an oil change and it was the fastest with the best quality of care that I have ever received on my jeep. The oil change only took 20 minutes tops! Needless to say the people in here are nice from the minute you walk until the minute you walk out no matter if it is a receptionist, a sales person or the technicians. From now on this is the only place I am taking my jeep! Thanks Again!!!! More

Stay far far away!!! I knew the vehicle that I wanted and called ahead of time to make sure I qualified for the dealer incentive listed. Yes, I was told by Chad. When I a I knew the vehicle that I wanted and called ahead of time to make sure I qualified for the dealer incentive listed. Yes, I was told by Chad. When I arrived, the internet salesperson did not help me which is typical with dealerships these days as they pass it to a floor salesperson. So, get there, another guy acts like he is going to help us - Miguel was his name I believe and then he just demands my drivers license and gives me a plate to test drive the car. I had already test drove the model and wanted to buy it and cut all the xx as I didn't have all the time to waste, like dealers want to. We test drive come back and he passes us to another guy who has the worst attitude in the world. I think he was Luis? He sits down and acts like he has no idea what we are doing there or looking for. I asked him if they were done with the appraisal on our trade in and he says he doesn't know. He knows nothing about the car we are looking for and then actually says...I'm just coming into this and my day has been "xxxxty" cause i haven't sold any cars and other people have. Seriously?? What a weirdo - who says that to a customer. He sits there and twiddles his thumbs playing the stupid I make you wait shady car salesman techniques. Back and forth he comes with piecemeal answers to what we need. We are starting to get sick of this and then he takes us to another area and starts to break out the incentives that we do not qualify for. Right before he does this, he talks crap about another customer to us...hey dude, there's a reason your not selling any cars, cause you have a really crappy attitude. Sorry, he says, we will give you this amount for your trade in and you do not qualify for the money off the new car. I say no way and say you are losing a sale and he says thanks for coming in. I ask about his manager and he says oh sorry he isn't here and I'm not getting him involved. I say oh wow, your manager disappeared into thin air? And we go back and forth then he says ok i'll get him and he says well you didn't ask to speak with my manager you asked where he was. What a jerk...so the manager comes over and doesn't give 2 you know what's about us or that he is losing a sale so we walked out and bought a car elsewhere when we left, and super glad we did as I know that once we sat down with finance they would have tried to throw shady numbers in the transaction and do the shady things this car dealer is doing. So, I warn you unless you want to get scammed - Stay far far away! There's too many other dealerships to choose from. I'm soooo glad I left and went elsewhere!!! More
