My sale representative Alan Tapper was an absolute pleasure to work with during the entire process. He was extremely informative about the vehicle and very patient with me in explaining all of the different options and how everything works. I would highly recommend Alan Tapper to anyone who is in the market to purchase/lease a new Jeep, Chrysler or Dodge vehicle. Someone you can absolutely trust!! During the closing portion of my purchase I worked with Donnie Kostecki the finance manager. He was very transparent about all the numbers, warranties and paperwork, overall very nice to work with as well. DuPage Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram is an excellent dealership to work with. Awesome place! I went in not knowing if I'd get approved for a vehicle. Talked with Matt on the phone and he assured me I can leave with a car that day.
