If I could leave a negative rating I would as this location as well as sales has no common courtesy at all. My husband went in there today to look at a car and when the salesman came back to ask how location as well as sales has no common courtesy at all. My husband went in there today to look at a car and when the salesman came back to ask how much he had to put down he said a number, miscommunication as sales thought it was thousands and not hundreds, goes back to the sales team and they all start laughing and talking about my husband. How disrespectful can someone in sales be. Let me tell you, doesn't matter if someone has hundreds or thousands to put down you never do that in customer service. If this was a racial thing because my husband is Hispanic well I hope you lose a lot of clients per my post. Dont waste your time at this place! More
