Better service this time. I bought my Wrangler here and although the first experience was not the best working with Joe was much better. The management team was great. the finance department was great also. The dealer ship was very clean inside and out. The service department was also very clean. Everyone was very helpful at the dealer ship. I will be buying four more automobiles from that dodge dealer. Because we want to ring the bell again. But i have already picked out my four new automobiles. I brought my friend Hal in to buy this car with Greg's help. You do not have to show rating for the sales people there because they are all great. More
Worse customer service. I called them so many times and leave voice mail but no respond at all. It was not the first time when I bought the vechial the next day I tried to call them but they did not answer at all and then I had to go in person to speak to them. I don't know to who take care of this kind of issues here I mentioned Julia name because I got voice mail from her. But overall since I bought the vechial I called so many times but never received a call back even I don't know to who I should speak just transferred to finance department, left voice mail but no respond ever. Beware Horrible service and sales depts. Went more than a decade ago with check engine light coming on for a brand new car. After 2 weeks and 4-5 drop offs Horrible service and sales depts. Went more than a decade ago with check engine light coming on for a brand new car. After 2 weeks and 4-5 drop offs for repairs and no permanent repair done, was told if it happens again then they will just disable the alert. Um hello? That is not the right answer! What if I really have a check engine problem? Contacted Daimler Chrysler who suggested a second opinion so I went to Naperville Jeep who wanted to know nothing about previous service and they would fully inspect the car and find out what's wrong with it. They called 3 hours later with the issue which was minor so they repaired it. Great thing is they kept inspecting the car and noticed the same repair needed to be done in the back of the car so they fixed that too. Naperville went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed. This year, I needed a new lease and tried a couple different dealerships for the best deal. Thought after a decade maybe DuPage has gotten better so went in to lease a new car and was utterly mistaken. I've leased 7 vehicles in my life so far so I know some stuff. I'm a woman, I go alone and I was blatantly disrespected, insulated and discriminated against when I went in. Don't remember the salesman's name because he didn't shake my hand or give me a card. Was treated like a stupid girl who was wasting their time. Also, I got a whopping 1 minute test drive. The "manager" came in with attitude and didn't want to negotite at all. Treated me like I was stupid by snottily schooling me on what more expensive means. Said "you know, if something is even $1 more, that would mean it's more expensive." Um duh, I'm not an idiot! DO NOT GO HERE! I've seen some other reviews about experiences so here are a couple of little helpful tidbits when buying or leasing a car...always give them a spare key, never all your keys. This way they can't prevent you from leaving. Also never let your keys out of you possession. Someone can make copies of your house keys in the many hours you spend there. Go prepared with a photocopy of your license. Again, this way they can't hold you there (make a copy of ins card too). When you leave, get those copies back. Definitely do research before you go on tactics to use for negotiating. Learn the formula they use so they can't take you either. You can find it online. And lastly go to Naperville Jeep. Naperville does great service, treats customers with respect and I've seen them be honest with me even if that means they won't make a sale. Naperville is very trustworthy. More

Service Department a Bunch of Crooks I brought my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country in for oil change, tire rotation and to top off the AC refrigerant. I scheduled the appointment 4 weeks p I brought my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country in for oil change, tire rotation and to top off the AC refrigerant. I scheduled the appointment 4 weeks prior with a request for a rent-a-car, which was not there... had to take the shuttle and be late for work. Then they call and say there is a "major leak" with the AC rear evaporator/coil which would cost minimum $1400 and possibly over $2000 if they break the hoses. I had told them to not do the service and have a car pick me up from work... which was 45 minutes late. Then I get there and the van is still on the rack. Bob, at the service counter, couldn't get his story straight about what was actually done to the AC. I decided to take it for another opinion. When bringing it to another mechanic, he stated that there is NO way that they tested for an AC leak as there was NO UV dye present. He also stated that I should get my money back. When speaking with Aaron the service manager, he refused my request and said that I could bring in my van for them to disassemble the area in question to show me... but I would not be allowed in the area for the disassembly. I think I'll pass. They will NEVER touch my vehicle ever again and I do not recommend this place because they charge for services NOT rendered. More
