I was introduced to Tim and he quickly impressed me with his overall knowledge, his non-aggressive approach and his intent on ensuring I picked the vehicle I wanted and not one I was settling on. Very bad experience - go someplace else Go someplace else....sales people cant explain the differences in the brands (Rubicon, Sahara, etc) and make the whole process a mystery so you have n Go someplace else....sales people cant explain the differences in the brands (Rubicon, Sahara, etc) and make the whole process a mystery so you have no idea what you are paying for (so when you check KBB or other source) which means you either spend a month investigating or get ripped off to their benefit. Either way it will cost you your money or time. Go spend time with a dealership that cares about your long term business wants to do you right and not rip you off. Salesman didn't know how back seat worked and other features and overcharged us for replacement keys that don't work. I thought the process was getting better and car dealerships know people hate this process. Spending 30-40K should be fun not a dread full experience. They make it dreadful dont go to Dupage Dodge go to the dentist to get your teeth pulled - its a better experience. More

I wish I had read the yelp reviews first, alas I was in a bind needing to get a new car fast. Found one online, talked to a salesman, made the appointment. That's where the decent experience stopped. Red flag number one should have been when we arrived at our appointment time (which had been confirmed more than once) and the salesman had just decided to take his lunch break, and although in the building didn't feel like coming to see us to make our appointment. I get it - a man's gotta eat, and things get busy - but just don't make an actual appointment for anytime anywhere around lunch. Someone else ends up helping us who was nice enough (Krystof, maybe? Don't quite recall and ended up throwing away the card when I knew we wouldn't be returning). The car we wanted to see had been sold. Which again I understand - they're in the business of selling cars - but if you knew we were coming to see it, a courtesy call would have been appreciated. We looked at and test drove a similar model. While there were some obvious flaws, we were in a jam and decided to pull the trigger. We did buy the car "as-is", and knew some of the cosmetic issues. The dealer also said they would detail it later in the week as they hadn't had a chance to yet. While I figured it was a long shot, I asked if I could bring it to any detail shop and they could just take the $200 off the bill as I had a shop I trusted - they declined. I wish I just had spent the money myself. We bought the car, had it for a few days, no problems whatsoever. Brought it in to be detailed at the dealership, it returned with the check engine light on, amongst other problems. We called. My husband drove there when we couldn't get a sufficient response via phone. We brought the car to show them. They insisted nothing was wrong, and despite the light not being on when we dropped it off, and being on when we picked it up, that is was to no fault of their own. We were met with nothing but attitude and in one case someone who claimed to be the manager yelling at my husband in the middle of the sales floor - classy. I continue to get emails about the car we're leasing (we're not leasing), or that they want to purchase our vehicle. If I actually wanted to deal with them again, I would trade it in, just so they could have it back, but it's not even worth it. All in all, we won't be back, and would recommend you not going either. In most cases I do my due diligence before visiting any new establishment, but this time was in a hurry - so shame on me. I've learned my lesson. More
