Salesman Bob and Jeep Compass purchase Bob was helpful and informative. I still worry about my financing it’s expensive it’s a big deal. However, I think the dealership considered somethings to help me out. It wasn’t a situation where they sell the biggest best and most ridiculous vehicle possible. Jeep Wranglers new are still a terrible vanity investment for example. But, I think both my Dodge Dart and now my Jeep Compass are economically sensible. I think the dealership got me a rate that reflects my credit. It sucks that sales reps make commission because they’ll over-sell you if you’re not prepared. Just make sure you have a plan before walking in and know your budget. More
Shakier Start but Fantastic Finish My husband and I were in the market to purchase a new 2017 RAM 1500. We started at a dealership down the street but thankfully ended up at DuPage Dodg My husband and I were in the market to purchase a new 2017 RAM 1500. We started at a dealership down the street but thankfully ended up at DuPage Dodge. We pulled up at was immediately acknowledged by Little Joe who researched inventory and lined up our test drives. We decided on a Bighorn model and we were trading in another vehicle. Little Joe took care of us and the back & forth with finance & sales manager until we agreed upon a price for both the New Vehicle and the pay off on the trade in value. We were also sold a Mopar Warranty by the finance guy but he wrote up a contract on a different warranty then we agreed upon. I was able to call into the dealership and Bobby & Jerry were able to get contract reissued with correct Warranty at the price I was quoted which was a great savings. Then Julie the Finance Manager was able to work her magic and ensure processing of paperwork and pay off of our trade-in was completed timely so that we would not incur any further payments on the trade-in. This portion of the transaction took attention to detail and a lot of follow up from Joe the General Manager and Julie Stracke who saw the transaction through to completion keeping me informed every step of the way. I’m grateful to the staff at DuPage Dodge for their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to provide a timely and transparent vehicle purchasing experience. I would definitely recommend DuPage Dodge to others looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

First new car I drove into the dealership just having the mind set that I was going to look only. Look for an upgrade from my 2012 Jeep Compass. He did not push me into buying it, but he did help me make my decision. I Love my new Jeep Wrangler and am so glad that I got the proper help finding the perfect one. More

Very rude staff The sales people at this place will drive around the surrounding neighborhood like jerks. No regard for children playing near streets or other drivers The sales people at this place will drive around the surrounding neighborhood like jerks. No regard for children playing near streets or other drivers. This can be best observed by just watching the drivers making u-turns on North Ave. And how they will cut off other drivers making right turns. When confronted these people will turn to mockery and insults rather than try to even listen to complaints. This has nothing to do with buying a car but a business who has moved into the community should at least have the decency to respect the people in that community. Please choose a better option to buy your Jeep. Thank you More
