Bait and switch, auto fraud I came to the dealership per an appointment to discuss a Honda civic advertised online as $25200. They offered to knock $250 off for setting an appoin I came to the dealership per an appointment to discuss a Honda civic advertised online as $25200. They offered to knock $250 off for setting an appointment. So we agreed on a price of $24950, exactly what they advertised. They make me wait a long time for seemingly no reason and then pay a down payment before even seeing the final paperwork and then rushingly signing everything. By the time it was over Luis had charged me $27044.95 BEFORE tax for the car, roughly $2095 more than the advertised and agreed upon price. I called and emailed the next day with Luis and Michal the internet sales manager and they claim the only person who can help me is Tony and he doesn't work for several days. I am furious. This fraudulent sales scheme is ridiculous since I was paying the advertised price. I wouldn't recommend this dealership or Luis to my worst enemies. More
Extemly Dissapointed with service experience I brought my vehicle here thinking that a dodge dealer would know how to repair a dodge vehicle. After numerous return trips and 5 tows at my expense, I brought my vehicle here thinking that a dodge dealer would know how to repair a dodge vehicle. After numerous return trips and 5 tows at my expense, the service department not only gave me the run around, and asking to speak with the service manager several times. I was told on 3 different times the service manager was too busy to speak with me. I was told numerous times that I would be charged for a diagnosis for each visit, even after they couldn't repair the vehicle, for the same issue each time. Each visit I was told none of the items were related, so they had to repair something different each time at my expense as well.It apperaed each time they were guessing at what might be wrong, if they coulndt find it it was just as good as guessing at what to replace or do. Not to mention days without calling me to get an update, and on the last visit they informed me they don't even have the right tool for the repair. Each visit became, hey here's what else we can fix, along with not working on the issue at hand, trying to hike up the cost. long story, short 5 tows, differnt repair each time, no one taking accountabilty or even trying to correct it and no supprt from managment relates to none fo my vehicles EVER going back to this dealer. My opinion, worst service department, follow up, management, experinece i have ever had with a dealership. More

DO NOT GO HERE Terrible service! Do not go here. A salesman named matt took us on. He just kept disappearing over and over before we even started seriously talking. Terrible service! Do not go here. When we started talking numbers he kept lying about the financing we were recieving. I would call him out on it and he would adjust his story. He told me several times that because the price was online, it wouldnt change. He also repeated several times that the financing was for 60 months. I had to have asked him like 4 times because i wanted to make sure. I also asked sam the finance guy if it was 60 and he said yea. I find out the next day that it was 72. I call , and tony the manager basically told me too bad, i signed. I talked to matt and he said we never discussed it, and that i had told him i wanted 72 and i didnt want 75. I didnt even know 75 was an option! I talked to sam who seemed nervous during the call and kept saying he couldnt remember any of it, even though we were in his office for about 20 min. When i went over the numbers with sam we found 2000 dollars added to the final price. I told sam that matt and him never talked about that number and sam, the finance guy, said that it wasnt his job to show me those numbers. This place is full of scammers. DO NOT GO HERE!!! More
