Though the price was definitely steeper than we had anticipated going into this, Bob worked with us to try to get us to an affordable agreement. Any questions I had were resolved quickly by emailing back and forth with Bob. Honestly really excited about my complimentary car washes... I love my car! More

BEWARE! Unfortunately the least choice here is 1 star but my true feelings is NEGATIVE STAR! I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change in Septemb Unfortunately the least choice here is 1 star but my true feelings is NEGATIVE STAR! I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change in September 2017 and ended up waiting almost 2 hours. Although I said I would never come here again I wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves, especially since the service is close to my home. I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for its regular oil change at the beginning of December 2017. I arrived at the dealership at 6:45am being the first customer. Right off the bat, Brian the service advisor tried to sell me everything under the sun saying its a "30k Jeep maintenance service that should be done". I made it clear I was only interested in the oil change. After an hour and a half of waiting, Brian came to the waiting room and stated that the technician Joe said that I had no power steering fluid and it was detrimental that I have that flushed. I argued that this shouldn't be happening on a new Jeep and wanted to know if there was a leak. After waiting another 45 minutes I went into the service dept to see if he spoke with the technician and what the delay was. He rudely told me he was with a customer and will let me know. (am I not a customer too that has been waiting 2 hours 15 min at this point?) I went to sit back down in the waiting room and after another 15 min received an email that my bill was over 900.00!!!!! I immediately went to Brian's station and demanded an answer. He was defensive and said that those charges are what was first discussed that is "suggested" at 30k miles. I told him this is absurd between that invoice, the lack of communication, the time waiting AND the taking advantage of a woman in the situation. I told him I want my car now and he went into the garage to talk with someone. He came back and stated my car was just going thru the wash. My bill was $205.85 for what was supposed to be an oil change! I told him I was disputing and wanted the heck out of there! No sorry, no "let me get a manager", no nothing! Later that afternoon, when driving home from work my oil light comes on saying WARNING NEED OIL CHANGE. The incompetent people never reset it! When I went back to the dealership they were rude once again! I got a call from Sandy on 12/22 asking how my service experience was and gave her an ear full. She asked me to hold off on the bad review until her manager called me back to rectify. Did I get a call.....NO! However, I did get a call from Sandy again on 12/28 leaving a message asking how my service experience was. Did she forget the conversation we had on 12/22 and that a manager was to call me back? Obviously the whole dealership has a bunch of incompetent employees that don't care about their customers. NEVER again will I EVER second guess and give the benefit of the doubt again! What a HUGE disappointment Jeep! More
Financing Bait and Switch, Internet pricing not honored This is a long line of negative reviews for this dealership. I was dealing with a point of contact through the dealerships internet sales department a This is a long line of negative reviews for this dealership. I was dealing with a point of contact through the dealerships internet sales department and was expecting to deal with this person. I e-mailed and confirmed my total out the door price with this point of contact as I had to take a taxi to the dealership due to my vehicle being inoperable. In emphasized this when I was speaking with the rep because I needed to pick up the vehicle and go and on the agreed on price, specifically that I was going to be using my own financing. The rep agreed to this. However, when I got there, the sale was passed onto another a floor rep who didn't have any idea of what was agreed to. He confirmed with the internet rep of what the agreed price was, but kept pushing that we should finance with the dealership instead. I told them no. It wasn't what I agreed to and they weren't going to change the deal now. His manager comes out and says he will save me money by financing with them. I said I'm not interested and there was a financial interest for him to meet a quote every month to steer customers to their own financing. The manager lied and said that wasn't the case, then finally said that it was true that his dealership did get money if he could get customers to switch to them. He then said that the rebates were reliant on financing with them which wasn't what the internet rep said and their quote didn't include. It was more of the same where dealerships screw you over so they can make an extra buck for something they aren't allowed to do. He became belligerent when I wouldn't accept the offer and called him out on his nonsense which he said he would call me a taxi to leave. This was all because a $500 difference in price a rep agreed to and the manager was trying to recoup by forcing me to finance with them. Be prepared for deals not being honored at this location which is apparent by the other reviews of the dealership. Stay clear! More
Typical car sales experience My experience with this dealership was far from good. Initially, I was pleased. I was assured my trade in would be paid off, and I would not need to make my payment on that vehicle. When it came to finalizing numbers, the sales man would not give me a written copy of what was included. Simply said “this is your number out the door - includes taxes and title” - so I went home and slept on the purchase. I woke up the next morning and still felt good about the Buy - so I called the dealership. He gave the excuse I’ll get back to you and never did. Several hours later I called financing directly and finalized the deal. The salesman NEVER Introduced me to my finance person. I told my new Lady (who was fantastic) I would be in at 4 with two kids - I needed to be in and out and she assured me everything was complete. In addition to that, I asked if there was a second set of keys - the sales man said no, however he would call the previous owner to inquire (that was a good thing). She was correct - it was, however there was $800 more in cost then discussed the night before and was told there is no warranty - which was a specific question asked the night before. As all of these things come up - now it’s I’ll be right back - 10 min later, I’ll be right back - 10 min more - got old - fast. What happened to the conversation we had less then 24 hours ago!? Finally the papers are signed (they removed the extra charges - and should any way as it was a scam - whatever is added to tires so you never need air requires a green cap - and for the record, no green caps were on any tires) and once again they tell me they will inquire about the second set of keys, and my trade in will be paid off. I do NOT need to make the payment that is due in 8 days. Fast forward 17 days, no one has called me about the second set of keys, AND the loan is STILL not paid off on my previous vehicle. I called the dealership to inquire - funny - the cars sales man says he told me he couldn’t get them (zero text and no phone call - and obviously I have phone records to prove it) and was told “the check was sent out so I don’t know what to tell you” - the check was sent out AFTER the “good through” date of the pay off!!! NO phone - not even once from this dealership. Lies, terrible customer service (except the woman in finance who was the ONLY one who came through on her word) and a typical experience with a dealership and a cars salesman. This experience is why people hate buying cars. More

From the time of our arrival throughout our purchase, Bob Williams was incredible. We knew what we wanted when we walked in and were disappointed when the manufacturer didn't offer the option we required. Bob quickly presented an alternative option and stayed after hours to ale sure we were completely satisfied. He even went above and beyond to address one item with service, a week or two later. We all know it's not just the sales person that ends up dictating the terms of the sale, so it's still a dealership as dealerships have been for decades in that way. BUT, ask for Mama Rose and you'll have someone listening to and working with you without the high pressure approach that many sales people use. More
