Excellent saleman skills I went to purchase a vehicle my salesman was Mr. Alan Tapper. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He shared several options and I decided to try leasing. During this whole encounter he was attentive to details, explained to me about the car and so on. I would have given an excellent rating but when I called in on Mr. Tappers off day I was transferred to a manager who was not pleasant to speak with. However I would recommend Mr.Tapper service to anyone needing to purchase a car. More

Ownership really seems to have done some magic with Team! Bought several Jeeps at a dealership in Skokie and followed Staff who went to Dupage. Donnie K was in sales then and is now a finance guy. Marco re Bought several Jeeps at a dealership in Skokie and followed Staff who went to Dupage. Donnie K was in sales then and is now a finance guy. Marco recently joined Dupage and he is the best service advisor. Frank Frank did all the data work then the guys in the Tower did their thing and I got my new Durango SRT in less than one hour. That was about 90 days ago and this past Saturday I went and got Nitro fill and an oil change. Marco treated me like family and took care of everything. I was glad to see he was part of the team. It was a very pleasant service visit. Great people, clean and modern building. I live in Chicago but drive 40 minutes for all purchases and Service.. More

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT I SAW A JEEP ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR $17,040 WHEN I MADE IT THERE THE PRICE WAS 19995, AND THEY WANTED ME TO FINANCE THROUGH THEN TO GET THAT PRICE. I TO I SAW A JEEP ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR $17,040 WHEN I MADE IT THERE THE PRICE WAS 19995, AND THEY WANTED ME TO FINANCE THROUGH THEN TO GET THAT PRICE. I TOLD THEM THAT I WAS PAYING CASH, AND DIDN'T WANT TO FINANCE, THEY WANTED ME TO FINANCE WITH THEM FOR ONE MONTH AND PAY THE JEEP OFF THEN. IT WAS NEVER THE PRICE THEY HAD ON THEIR WEBSITE. WHEN I CALLED I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS THE SALE PRICE, AND TO COME TO THE DEALERSHIP IN GLENDALE HEIGHTS. SO DON'T BELIEVE WHAT THIS DEALERSHIP POST ON THEIR WEBSITE BECAUSE IT IS JUST TO GET YOU TO COME IN. SO I LEFT WITHOUT THE JEEP. AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE. More

A total waste of time do not go here! Internet price got my attention, I sent an inquiry and Chad contacted me. I specifically picked out 2 cars that I was interested in and Chad told me t Internet price got my attention, I sent an inquiry and Chad contacted me. I specifically picked out 2 cars that I was interested in and Chad told me the Internet price is what I can buy the car for. I asked specific questions about the Internet price (speciall rebates ect.)and Chad said no problem I would be able to buy car for interent price. ALL LIES!!! wasted my time driving to dealer, take test drive and talking w sales guy. who told me I don't qualify for the rebates. So the price of car was much higher by 7,000 dollars. I told the manager about my call with Chad and he said Chad is marketing not sales. the manager also said he has had complaints about this from other clients. But it's part of the car selling business. Nobody cared that the verbal promise to sell me a car for the internet price was not honored. How can a big company like Jeep stand behind such dishonest people. Jeep should take note that if this is the type of people who represent their name and their brand ... wow your going to loose a ton of business. Stay a way from this dealership they are not honest business people. More
