I bought a 2023 Jeep Gladiator this week from Sue. I really liked her - 5 stars all day every day. Sue was kind, genuine, funny, and not overly pushy the way most salespeople can be. I had to deal with Finance people who were overbearing and not very good (and who purposefully made my day uncomfortably long - not a fan), but as far as Sales go, Sue was tops. I'd buy another vehicle from her tomorrow if I was ready to buy right now, although I'd probably just ask the Finance people to call me when they were ready to give me the rate I expected when I walked in based on my stellar credit (which is the rate I got in the end). There's no reason for that runaround; I'm a busy person with no time for games. Keep it simple like I do; anything else feels both unprincipled and unscrupulous, which doesn't sit well with honest people like me. I realize honest people are harder and harder to come by these days, but if you're able to make that read up front, we *always* appreciate being treated as peers... that's what we are. More

I couldn't even pay msrp. The undisclosed dealer fees that were found in finance for $4500 of goods and services they couldn't prove were added, or service I will never be ne The undisclosed dealer fees that were found in finance for $4500 of goods and services they couldn't prove were added, or service I will never be near enough to use. But the sales staff. Sales fall far short of honest. Even them trying to salvage the deal I even amazed myself how calm I have stayed. Bait and steal is how my experience has gone. If you buy, you'll have given $299 in extra fees to the dealership for nitrogen. I didn't want to and they wouldn't sell at their advertised price. More

Another bait and switch experience. Talked with Angela and she said they had the car I wanted. It was deeply discounted which made me suspicious but I went to the dealership anyway (a Talked with Angela and she said they had the car I wanted. It was deeply discounted which made me suspicious but I went to the dealership anyway (after they called me to confirm that I was coming and that they had the car). Mysteriously when I got there they could not seem to find the car. After looking for 20 minutes Austin told me that someone was actually buying it at the dodge dealership next door. Total lie to fetus to the dealership. There was no one around. Do not support this dealership. False advertising and bait and switch!! More

Buyer beware: bait and switch dealer, drive 2 hrs and car I had appointment to see not there- they never transferred it but made sure I was coming. Then they say they will get car and get to me but the price I had appointment to see not there- they never transferred it but made sure I was coming. Then they say they will get car and get to me but the price has all these add one. Advertised price is a lie. They say that’s Cars.com not them btw. I went to another CDJR and same experience. Disgusting. Get financing up front and go to buy off lot or forget it. More
