recall and scheduled maintenance I went in to have a recall notice taken care of along with scheduled maintenance which was done along with having them update the GPS Navigation on my I went in to have a recall notice taken care of along with scheduled maintenance which was done along with having them update the GPS Navigation on my 2014 Charger SXT. I Bobby at the Jeep branch took good care of me getting the work done in a timely manner. He took care of running the update on the navigation system with the USB thumb drive I had purchased and did so with no charge! Great service from a great team! More

Bait and Switch We made an appointment to look at two identical vehicles late in the day and drove up the next morning. Oddly enough they BOTH had just sold. Then when we tried to negotiate they would not honor the internet price. They had several extra costs that they said were "routine" add ons like undercoating they claimed were already included in the cost of the vehicle. Yet those were not included on the breakdown in cost from the AutoTrader price. We were never able to see a complete breakdown of costs after requesting them. They dragged their feet long enough that we ended up purchasing from Riverside in North Aurora (who we definitely recommend.) More
