Service was fine, check in was smooth with Jennifer and she was polite and helpful. took longer than originally told to do maintenance, otherwise no issues. Numerous office staff (sales, management, administrative, etc.) we’re walking around without masks especially around the waiting room area. Also customers waiting took their masks off and set them down. I highly recommend dropping off your vehicle and returning later as this is probably not a safe or clean area to wait. More

When I contacted the service deptat Chrysler Jeep of DuPage because my Jeep Cherokee stalled twice on way to work..Cheri troubleshooted what the problem might be based on my description of issue and eng DuPage because my Jeep Cherokee stalled twice on way to work..Cheri troubleshooted what the problem might be based on my description of issue and engine and other lights on in car (could be low oil), she went above and beyond to help me by sending a courtesy car to my work and to pick up my car and return to dealership for service ( it was low oil! Mo checked & added oil when he picked up my car ). The service was completed quickly and they returned my car to my home next morning!
