This Dealership, especially the service department, are should be avoided if you want to be treated as a valued customer. This dealership does not deserve the reviews they have gotten, as their practices s should be avoided if you want to be treated as a valued customer. I had items (2 sunglasses worth combined $350) recently stolen from the vehicle, that I can validate that they were in the vehicle prior to service and the service department (Mike - Service Director, Bob Utterback - Service Staff, and the Service Manager) did not follow-up with my concern. I had to call 5x over 3 weeks to get an actual response. Additionally, as they service their vehicle they provide no customer service to follow-ups. All they want is to make money off of your service repairs. Because of this, you should take your vehicle and your value as a customer to another Dealership (at a minimum for service repairs). I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership and may not purchase another Jeep due to what I experienced. More
