Source for credit by yourself and elsewhere. imagine them giving me a credit line at 13.8% just because my recent credit activities were yet to reflect on my credit score and meanwhile i just got another car for my wife four weeks before at 8.6% interest rate. i feel so robbed and cheated. second, if you ever choose to get a car from them, ensure that the price breakdown is properly spelt out to you, they are in the habit of displaying a certain selling price only for them to start adding cost of repairs at the point of sale, that's fraud if you ask me. whatever price is displayed on whatever platform of advert should be the same price you pay when you visit the showroom. The worst customers service i've ever had. No response to my email, sms and calls. Send me not complete the paperwork, and refusing my request to add state required form. I am sitting right now on the floor of the service center area stranded bc this dealership has miscommunication issues. I was told by Mike that we would get a loaner car, that they would cover, for not compl area stranded bc this dealership has miscommunication issues. I was told by Mike that we would get a loaner car, that they would cover, for not completing the $2200 service I came for not to mention the other services mix-diagnosed or under-diagnosed. To make this post as clear and not confusing as the whole story is dreadful, I am stranded with no money to pay the extra days to weeks for the loaner car that I come to find out is only a loaner for one day. If this were the case known earlier, I would have scheduled this for a day that works when they have free loaner cars avail (they have that option on less busier days). That means more expenses for the service that was not complete! Warning - do not use their service center. A lot of mis communication will happen and it will cause you $2200 plus weeks of a loaner car daily rental fee. More
Currently stranded outside this Chrysler service dealership with no solutions to fixing our Jeep Wrangler after 2 weeks of service with the issue we originally came for not being fixed, $4300.00 lat dealership with no solutions to fixing our Jeep Wrangler after 2 weeks of service with the issue we originally came for not being fixed, $4300.00 later! We were told by Mike to come on Monday, they will give us a rental car and fix the problem they originally did not fix. Tech now agrees that he missed checking for tire rub (they said with “150% certainty” concluded before the knocking was definitely due to ball joints). The tech doesn’t even recommend adding wheel spacers. We were just told by Marco that they will only cover one day of the rental car and we have to pay the rest of the days while they order and charge us for more parts. We originally came in for a knocking sound while making a hard right turn and wheel alignment. After installing new ball joints, u joints, and sway bar that was supposed to fix the issue. Get to the dealership to find the Jeep battery dead outside, we get home, make a hard right turn...the knocking is still very present. $4300.00 and the problem still exists. This company is nothing more that parts dealers! This is not the first time we have run into incompetence with this dealership! 2 years ago we came for a air conditioning inspection and repair. 2 years later, the air conditioner is not working again. To find there never was an inspection in the first place, just a belt replacement. If you choose to work with this company, beware of the miscommunication from the middle people/parts dealers and try to talk directly to the mechanic. Their warranty is 2 years bc that’s their work only last that long. Careful when they say to come back in and they will fix it, there is no fixing, you will be stuck out with no solution, just pushing parts and their incompetence is something you will have to pay for. The wheel alignment still pulls to the right after repair. Beware! More

Service appointments have zero meaning here. Had a 1:15 oil change on car leased from here. Didn’t get onto the rack til 2:45 then took another 30+ minutes to get washed and back to me, still wet. Will not bc back here. Would rather pay to get oil changed somewhere else ***They then offered to pick up car up for a complimentary detail. Which was supposed to be at 9am. It is now 11:30 AM; no phone call, no text, no e-mail saying they are running late. Just no showed the appointment. This dealership is a joke. I will be finding a new Jeep dealer for my next lease. More
