I was shopping local dealers on the internet for a 2011 Charger. Clay got back to me quickly, with all the information I requested. At first it was a good experience. Bought a new Jeep Patriot for my wife. We were told by Salesman RJ that an option my wife wanted (U connect) was included in the vehicles "sun and sound" package and a Patriot for my wife. We were told by Salesman RJ that an option my wife wanted (U connect) was included in the vehicles "sun and sound" package and all you needed was a bluetooth ready mobile phone. He then pointed to the buttons on the dash showing the buttons that had the phone icons on them. We took the car for a test drive and liked the vehicle and made the deal. Several times during the process we were assured by RJ this vehicle we were purchasing had U connect. When we got home and tried to start the U connect we got a message on the dash that the vehicle was not equiped with U Connect. The next day we went to the dealership and told the finance manager what had occured. In front of my wife and myself she asked the salesman if indeed he told us the vehicle had that as an option, he admitted he did. The finance Manager told us if we wanted it we had to pay for it. We next spoke with the General Manager Andy Davis, his arrogance was unbelievable. He said it was in his power to fix it for us, as it should not have occured but he did not like my attitude because I was angry so he wouldn't. I have contacted the BBB and we are currently at the arbitration stage. Don't waste your time with this dealer unless you are ready to deal with unethical practices, dishonesty and arrogance. It's a shame I did not find out about this site and see the poor ratings prior to the purchase. I have started to bring my vehicle to Zeigler in Downer's Grove.....now they know how to treat a customer. More

I've never had such an easy car buying experience, nor such a friendly and helpful salesperson. I can't believe the amount of information he knew about each car I looked at. We went with our son to purchase used a vehicle that had some aftermarket equipment on it. Put down $5000 cash (our mistake) and he drove it off the lot (late Friday evening). Called Chrysler Jeep of DuPage next morning (Saturday) requesting to return the car. They refused and told us to bring the car in on Monday to look at. We did some research over the weekend and found the original dealer that sold the car. My son brought it to them and they told us that the vehicle had a history of issues including going through four catalytic converters. We got copies of all the repair documentation (including the computerized readout from the test they ran) and presented it to Chrysler Jeep of DuPage on Monday. The GM was rude and confrontational. The played the stalling game, saying that the person who could make a refund decision was not available. After several days of waiting for a decision, they refused to refund us our money. They only offered to repair the vehicle to original stock forgoing the aftermarket additions that my son wanted in the first place. After purchasing 15 vehicles in my lifetime, we can say that this was the absolute worst experience we have ever had. Do not make the mistake we did. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! More
These people are clueless. I went in for a used Jeep Wrangler, and insisted on a 6 cylinder. We went up to the first car and the salesman opened hood and said with great confidence we were looking at th Wrangler, and insisted on a 6 cylinder. I should not have to tell the salesman what he is trying to sell me. The sums up my experience at this joke of a dealer. They lied about how long they had the jeep (Joe insisted that they had revived it "just recently" when they clearly had it for over 4 months. Unless they have an insane deal (I got my jeep for 11k when Kelly Blue Book said its worth 16k) avoid. If you want a Dodge or Jeep try Zeigler in Downers Grove instead. More
