Dishonest and unethical We just purchased a Town & Country from this dealership. Salesperson was great, helpful, and seemed honest. The financing end of things is where things fell apart and why we left with the impression that we had been cheated out of $500 and only by paying close attention did we save ourselves from being cheated out of another $2,250. First, the sticker price they showed us on the contract/final bill was $500 higher than the sticker price on the car. They claimed that was for some PDI charges but they had provided no detail as to what we were actually paying for or an explanation of why they don't include those in the original sticker. Second, we were fortunate to get 0% APR over 72 months. So, that also means that it is easy to calculate the monthly payment. The first payment they quoted us was $21 higher than the sticker price (even with the $500 "PDI" charges)/72 months. We hadn't caught this until they offered us an extended warranty for an extra $11/month. What we realized is that the original extra $21 was basically them charging us for part of the $2,250 extended warranty in hopes that making it look like it would only be another $11/month was a great deal. And, to top matters off, they didn't even fill up the tank of gas. On the test drive the tank was empty and they got it up to a quarter tank. Come on. So, in short, unethical, dishonest, and wouldn't go there again or recommend them to anyone else. Mike Hewitt More

Then after speaking with two other individuals I'm told the vehicle I asked for specifically, and was told was in stock, was limited and not readily available. These are typical bait and switch tactics. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Terrible business practices, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. More

They had no problems with my two year climbing all over the floor model cars which made our lives less stressful when buying. We initially didn't intend on buying a T&C, but Matt's exceptional service and the overall quality of the vehicle had us change our decision from buying a Sienna to buying a T&C. I would recommend DuPage Dodge, Crysler and Jeep to family and friends. More
I purchased an SUV in October 2012 and my initial experience was good. We were immediately greeted by a young sales reprensentative by the name of George. He was extremely nice and considered every need we had. He made me and my husband feel comfortable as we asked a lot of questions and we knew he was answering them to the best of his knowledge. After we made our decision to purchase the vehicle, he took us to a very nice lady by the name of Martha from the finance department. She did everything she could to get us the best loan possible and even suggested a automatic payment plan which at the end would save us money. She gave us time to come up with the down payment of $1,500. After driving the SUV for 1 week, we were stunned to see the check enging light come on and I immediately called Martha who gave us a free repair to take care of that issue. At this point we had already paid $900 of the down payment amount and we were about to start making our regular car loan payment as well. About a month after the first issue with the SUV, we were again dealing with the check engine problem. I called Martha back but no one there was able to transfer me to her. I called service and they stated they could not help me because they don't service the type of vehicle that I purchased (2007 Chevy Tahoe). I took it in to a Chevrolet Service Center where they found the problem which cost $200. I was unable to make the remainder down payment of $600 but I did pay $300, leaving a balance of $300. About a month after that we have the check engine light come up again and on my way to the service center the vehicle stopped on us and we were left stranded on a busy street. To mention I was 8 1/2 months pregnant and had my 4 yr old child with me as well with freezing temperatures. After having it checked we found out it was going to cost us $235, which we went ahead and paid. Which left me without the money that was intented to pay the remainder $300. On 1/30/13, I received a phone call from Andy, general finance manager at Dupage, who threatened to take the vehicle from my possesion. When I told him all the problems I have experience he stated that was not his problem and he needed payment immediateley in order to avoid further action. I told him it wasn't fair because if the car would have been in good mechanical condition, I would have paid the full down payment weeks ago. He then stated he had no knowledge in anything related to service and all he wanted was the money. I felt like he did not listen, was extremely rude to me, and could care less of my overall experience and satisfaction. At the end he threaten to call the bank, which has been receiving their payments every single month, to tell them that HE was taking the vehicle back. Overall I am not happy with the way I was treated by Andy and all he cared about was $300 and not about the difficult situations the vehicle has put me and my family through. More
SIMPLY AWESOME! I can't thank these guys enough. We bought 2 Jeeps from them this year and you just never know if you ever are going to speak with the sales department or have problems with your new ve bought 2 Jeeps from them this year and you just never know if you ever are going to speak with the sales department or have problems with your new vehicle. We had a problem with one of the Wranglers within a week of getting it. These guys jumped on it, gave us a vehicle to use and got us back into it right away. I probably should told everyone how great their service group was back in February! Well, they did it again! SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE! If you want true customer service, this team is the best! I called my salesman regarding something that was missing from the factory soft top kit. With the recent weather, we put up the top on our Arctic - no issues and great guidance. When I called Clay, our salesman, he immediately responded, "Hey, how's it going? How's the Arctic and Sahara?" Great memory and personalization. He said come on down and we'll figure something out. They did! Great dealership! I can't recommend them enough, if you want an integrated service and sales organization, this dealership is the best example! Thanks to Andy and Clay, we'll be coming back. My 14 year old wants a Jeep now! Thanks for everything. More
