We showed up and they had no idea who the guy was that was in contact with my husband and tried selling us some piece of crap truck that my husband repeatedly said he did not want. What a bunch of crooks and liars! More

After much negotiating on my end with the sticker price & trade in of a 2012 great condition wrangler, finally got the price I wanted. Only to find out after reviewing my contract they charged me full sticker price for the new jeep!!! What happened to the price we agreed on? They added on costs & features I never agreed to, then tried giving me gap insurance (with a brand new car that came with a 100, 000 mile warranty) and a huge interest rate when my credit score is stellar!! Finance manager didn't exlain any documents. These are con guys, the worst dealership around & they just moved to this location. Fraudulent business practices & they have a TON OF BAD REVIEWS! Don't go here, you've been warned!!! More

I should have done more homework. i really wanted a 4x4 Jeep Patriot as I was thinking about moving to Kenosha Wisconsin but i decided to save the extra 2500 to save for a downpayment for a house. A few days after owning my new car i looked at my invoice and they added 1899.00 and 399.00 worth of product i never verbally agreed to. the whole time I was with the financial officer there was someone from the sales team there making small talk. Now I know they were trying to change my focus to the conversation not on what i was signing. I called the dealer and they said they honor written contracts not verbal contracts so they were not going to cancel these packages. With that money I could have bought a 4x4 and been driving something I wanted but I guess taking care of the customer is not their first priority. I hope anyone thinking about this place will think twice. If you really want a car they offer search somewhere else. You will be glad you did. More

The guy on the phone set us up with Cory which had no idea what he was doing at all. When we arrived it was 8:30 so we test drove a van. We liked 2 vans but instead i guess they didn't believe we were serious about buying a car because at 9:10 Cory said it was closing and that he would run the numbers tomorrow and have it ready for us. So we went the next day to only wait 30 minS for him to come and he didn't have anything put together then thank goodNess he passed us off to another dealer named Jeff which seems more collect and knwe what he was doing. We knew they were gonna high ball us a price which was way over the top but eventually we negotiated to what we wanted to pay in the first place only because we were about to walk out the door and they called us back and gave a lower price. So I am pleased to say we got our new 2015 van and didn't let them bully us into paying $140 over a month. More

He said, don't forget to ask for Chris than you be here. When I came to the dealer they told me that Chris already left. I called to Chris phone that I was talking earlier and he answer the phone. He showed up but very quickly disappeared. After I called again, he answer the phone, he said that he is coming, but never showed up. After speaking with two other individuals I'm told the vehicle I asked for specifically, and was told price is going to be 30.000 if I came today, actually they can sell that vehicle for 33000. These are typical bait and switch tactics. I would not recommend this place. Just waist of time. More
