The entire staff was accommodating, friendly, and fun even though the process kept everyone past closing. It's rare to be able to say you had a good time buying a car, but I can honestly say I did. I look forward to working with them again in the future and I highly recommend checking them out for your next car purchase. More

He basically lied to my face as I was removing the old ones out of my trade-in. There was no follow-up or reimbursement for the mats I had to buy. The apology I received was for a misunderstanding. There wasn't one. The only misunderstanding was me trusting a Dupage salesmen. I will never go back. Any complaint I had was not addressed, they just defended what they did instead, of addressing my concerns. More
I purchased a 2024 Wrangler Sahara a few weeks ago. The salesman promised me floor mats after filling out a survey. It took three phone calls to be track him down. He refused to give them to me because he said my review wasn't "perfect". It was still a good review. I left the mats in my trade-in. I even said, "I'll just take these". The salesman told me not to worry about them because I'd be getting new ones. I even left a dash cam and several other nice upgrades in it. That was my first vehicle I bought from Dupage. So if thats how you guys run an operation, by lying to customers, it will be the last time I go there. Pretty bad, and for a $100 pair of floor mats. It not the mats, its the point of lying and peeing on me after you got my money. Cash! Greg More

Classic Bait and switch dealership. Brian and and general managers promise the world and act as if they will go above and beyond for your purchase and loyalty; however, once you leave, Brian and and general managers promise the world and act as if they will go above and beyond for your purchase and loyalty; however, once you leave, you will regret your purchase immediately. They use sales techniques and scare tactics to get a sale and commission. Then, you later find out paperwork was complete lies, extra payments credited back to you never happened, and betrayal in every sense of the word. I will never buy another Jeep or any other vehicle that this dealership sells due to the characters of these people. Our problem was never solved, never attempted to be fixed by many professionals in this building. More

It’s been frustrating since I purchased my jeep grand Cherokee as after less then one day, there was a computer error causing the emergency collision brakes to disengage. I brought the vehicle back and w Cherokee as after less then one day, there was a computer error causing the emergency collision brakes to disengage. I brought the vehicle back and was told a simple computer update would fix the issue by a manager. After a week of no contact, I went in and the service representative told me that the issue had to be escalated to star case but my vehicle couldn’t be returned in the meantime due to it being a “safety issue”. A few days after no contact, I informed the sales representative who has tried to be helpful that I would be coming to get my vehicle without it being fixed as a new wiring harness/connector had to be ordered now. I understand the CDK issue that happened and that issues can happen but the lack of communication and transparency has been frustrating as I will have to bring the vehicle back for the repair at a later date. More
