The whole process was easy was from start to finish...from the test drive, learning about the car, negotiating price (which was easy, non-presume and fair), to the handling of the purchase transaction. The car we bought was in excellent condition...like new. Mike was very knowledgeable about the car we bought and took the time to explain all the features. He was very flexible and attentive throughout the purchase process to make it as easy as possible for us. Consider that this rating is coming from someone with very high standards and expectations.
