I have written this review because working with this particular salesperson was probably the worst experience of my life to date, and was a real nuisance to my parents, who helped me purchase another ca particular salesperson was probably the worst experience of my life to date, and was a real nuisance to my parents, who helped me purchase another car after I had been in an accident in my first Subaru and it was totaled. Day 1 was fine. We picked a car and settled everything within roughly an hour and I was very excited to put my accident behind me. There were a few quirks with the car though (i.e. Wax on plastic around fog lights) and it didn't look perfect. The salesperson assured me and my family that it would be perfect on pick-up day. HOWEVER, when we arrived a week later to pick it up, it was very clear that the car hadn't even been looked at that day (or that week) because the unsightly wax was still there and there were now chips in the paint on the hood. Unacceptable. After my parents and I waited for an additional 2-2.5 hours in the dealership while they tried to fix it, they came to tell us that it simply wasn't possible to make it perfect: I could either take the car the way it was or I could pick another one. At this point, we were dealing with the sales manager while the salesperson stood aside knowing that a sale had just been ruined. Although the sales manager was sympathetic and helpful, we left without a car that day and waited on a different one to come the next week. Everything could have worked out fine on the original pick-up day if the sales person had any amount of responsibility or professionalism and had done the job correctly. I love my car and I could not possibly be happier with it, but the ridiculous story I have to tell about actually getting the car is unnecessary and embarrassing to Day Apollo. My family and I love Subaru cars, and I would probably come back to Day Apollo for another purchase, but I would rather lay down on Route 51 than deal with that particular individual as my salesperson again. More

I purchased a Corvette from Walter and Richard entirely over the internet. Their friendly attitude, attention to detail and absolute honesty made the process very enjoyable. Unfortunately, they only had hatchbacks left, but they did have a 2011 Impreza in the exact color I was looking for. I contacted Simon via the chat window and after several days of chatting and emails, I decided to buy the 2011 Impreza. I am very happy with the service I received from Simon and from Steve Heutter, the finance manager. I highly recommend Day and these two gentlemen when looking to buy or lease a Subaru. More
